I bought painting from europic-art.com and we are very surprised that the painting arrived in 5 weeks after we paid for it but based on the rules which are listed on their website, before sending the painting they should show a picture to us for approval before shipment but they do not do that. So, we contacted them and good this the manager Mr. Jack Lee is the one who answered to our phone call and we said why they do not show any pictures to us before sending the painting to as their standard operating procedure. I said we contacted them because we do not like the outcome of the painting then instead of asking for an apology, he started to increase his voice and saying that they send pictures to us and we approve it which is not so we asked for any proof that we approve the painting. Then, he dropped the call. We are trying to communicate with them again, but they are no longer answering our phone call or email.
This Mr. Jack Lee is very impolite to their clients; they don’t know how to respect clients.
