Purchased the Etsy360 plugin for a web design customer. The plugin didn't work within 3 minutes of purchasing it. The OAuth is completely nonfunctional. There is no physical address listed for the company. There is no email address to contact the company. There is also no phone contact support. A support ticket as required by the company's website was filed. It still has not been addressed a week and a half later.
I had my client request a refund over a week ago. Since her request, the Facebook messenger chat went unresponded to. She was told support tickets were resolved within 48 hours. Several days later a refund was requested. No response, and my card has not been refunded.
I reached out to Damian Clem with VivioSoft LLC who apparently knows the person who is in charge of Etsy360 but the owner's name or whoever controls their merchant processing account was not provided. He stated he was no longer affiliated with the company, but the website indicates that Viviosoft still has them listed as the authority company. Damian Clem still works for Viviosoft as the CEO as listed on his LinkedIn profile.
"VivioSoft, LLC sells and distributes Etsy360 and other plugins "as is" and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins."
So these people or person have taken my money, don't respond, and have run off with it. Filed a BBB report as well.
You tell me... who's in charge of this app and company? Sure seems like Viviosoft still has control...
