I had tickets for a show in May, which was understandably cancelled due to COVID-19. So on July 9th, I received an email saying a refund will be issues within 30 business days. Well I waited that time, and still no refund. So I send them an email...received no response. Waited another 30 days, and still nothing. I sent them another email, as well as messaging them on social media, and still no response from them. The promoter of the show, After Dark Presents, said to me that I should've gotten the refund already. Now it's September 30, almost three months after the initial refund was issued, and I still have not seen the refund.
After a few phone calls, and essentially a two hour hold, I finally got through to a representative so stated something along the lines of that "the order is still processing and that's the most up-to-date information we can give you." I restated my concern and she repeated the phrase the same exact was as if reading a script, with no sympathy or apology. I don't think I'm ever going to see this refund.
