ET Connect LLC Put a virus on my computer to lock it up. When I called, they charged to debug and fix it. They charged $499 for phone protection service that doesn't even exist, Charged triple rates for software, and services they didn't perform, and they disabled protection services. I got suspicious and brought computer to best buy geek squad. They confirmed that ET Connect LLC services are a total ripoff and scam. I had to pay $200 to fix what ET Connect LLC did!!! They have compromised all my accounts and I have to get new debit card. A pain in the butt!!!!
