This is a company you cannot trust. Initial contact was made early August and was good with their employee Sean Hansen, and then it went downhill. I got the warranty and as my luck had it, I broke the screen on the phone. Sent it to them for repairs. Didn't hear anything back. Sent them an email and was told that it would take 10 business days for Samsung to repair the phone. 10 Business Days later, after not getting any update, I contacted them and was told my phone was locked to Samsung and Google and they couldn't replace the screen. Wait, since when does a phone need to be unlocked to replace a screen?

Especially since it's factory reset per their instructions. I sent a heated email and he didn't respond. Finally responded with a rude email telling me that if i was rude in my email again then he would not respond. Great customer service? NO! He then stated that my order to repair the device would be canceled and phone sent back. Now it's been over 2 months and the company still has not sent the phone back, has not responded to any emails and has basically stolen a $1,200 phone. Now, I'm seeking legal representation to sue this company for damages because they simply are a rip-off company.

I paid for a cellular phone insurance policy with Esurranty. When I dropped my phone and broke the screen, I reached out to them. Call after call I was unable to reach anyone. I finally left a message stating how dissatisfied I was and how their claims of same-day repair capabilities was not accurate. I added I planned to contact the FTC and report Esurranty. I got a call back from Angelo and he gave me details on how to take it to a shop and get it repaired same day and then send him the receipt and he would personally handle it. That was on February 16th 2018. As of today, May 9th 2018, I have not received reimbursement for the amount I am owed for this repair / my coverage. The company will not take phone calls ever. I have tried on numerous occasions at different times of the day. In February when I was able to speak with Angelo he told me he was in South Florida. The company address shows as Las Vegas. When I couldn't get a response to an email or to get anyone to answer the phone, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Nevada. They were not able to assist me in getting a Reconciliation from this company either. Using this forum and also trying to get the Better Business Bureau involved are steps I am taking. In addition to these steps, I will also contact the insurance commission. Consumers should be able to purchase a policy from a legitimate company and then the consumer should be reimbursed for coverages that the policy provides for. I suggest anyone considering esurranty to steer clear of this company and do not buy a policy from them. They will not take your phone call when you need them and they will not pay a claim when you submit one.

I filed a claim on 15 December 2017, Sean Henson replied within minutes asking if i needed a loaner phone and that one would be shipped to me right away. I noticed that they withdraw both the deductible and the loaner phone fee $79 and $99 on the same day December 15. I have sent numerous emails to Sean who has not answered me or bothered to reply since December 20. I am ready for legal action at this time. All the numbers I call are all automated and I keep leaving messages and no one responds. At my wits end at this point.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM PEOPLE - DONT SIGN UP.

Signed up, phone glass cracked. Sent them my phone. they charged me $150. Then said my account was on hold due to problems with credit card, however they used my credit card to charge me $ for the repair fee.

There is NO LIVE PERSON, EVER, ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT ANSWERING PHONES. EVER. You WILL NOT get an answer to your emails unless you threaten legal action, which I am now doing for stolen property, fraudulent charges on my card, and scrupulous business practices.

DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY - THEY ARE NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. They still have possession of my Samsung Galaxy Edge. All the positive reviews on their website are written on the same date, take a look - FAKE REVIEWS.

Stated a manager would contact me, hasn't happened. I will be spreading the word, and continuing legal action. reporting them to Nevada and Florida Department of Consumer Protection, and filing stolen property reports and warrants with local PD. Writing scam reviews on all the social media sites I can find to warn people, BBB and Consumer Advocate Divisions.

DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR INSURANCE - IT IS A SCAM. NO ONE COMMENTS ANYWHERE THEY RECEIVE THEIR PHONES BACK.

I literally think this is a fake company.

I got a phone stolen and submitted a claim, got the claim processed and notarized same day. The initial respondent, rick lewis replied within seconds of an email. Was shocked by how quick the response time was.

I asked if I could go ahead and buy a replacement, he said it was fine to do so. From there I bought a new phone and then sent the receipt same night. Got a response that monday for a clearer image of the receipt. This was in February of 2017.... After a few weeks from not hearing, I followed up. No response. Followed up again a few weeks later. Same response. I literally followed up weekly until March, when I recevied a response that they were sorry it slipped through the cracks and then Nothing again. There call in number goes straight to voicemail and have emailed each contact info available. There is not a way to get any human on the phone.

At this point, I want to take to a local news chanel and report as a fake business or take to my rental insurance company to help dispute. I literally don't know what to do.

This is the absolute most unprofessional, dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My husband signed up for this cell phone insurance from them in January 2017 for $66. My 13 year old son's phone had something wrong with it's wifi channel- as confirmed by the Apple Genius Bar with official papers to provide to esurranty.

We sent notice to the company beginning on 4/20. After many emails and phone calls and live chats, most of which were either not answered or just pushed forward with no resolution, we provided paperwork TWICE and at some point got assigned to Jackie, who was no help.

They told us to send them the broken phone, and we had the opportunity to give them a deposit of $99 to use their loaner phone while ours was being fixed. Sounded like a great idea! We moved on that, paid the $99. No phone. Rec'd emails that they'd be sending.

But no shipping details, no tracking. We were supposed to receive I think in 2 days. Seven days later, still no phone. We felt we were being conned, so we put the $99 into dispute with the credit card company on 4/27 at 8:37am. Lo and behold, as soon as we did that, they then shipped the phone, and finally supplied tracking info. That very next morning, before the phone ever arrived, we were super pleased as we figured it must have been an oversight that they took so long to ship it. So at 8:27am, we notified Bank of America to put the $99 back through.

We rec'd the goods in question at 4:14pm, as per the USPS. As our credit card statement shows, which we have supplied proof to this company, the money was sent back to them. On 5/5/17 we confirmed with our credit card company that 100% esurranty received the $99 back to thier account. But you know what? They say they didn't! Total lies. We were on the phone today with our bank three separate occasions getting their advice on how to deal with this issue. They have our money! They are lying and saying they don't have it. Not only that- they still have my son's phone and they won't reply to us at all to send it back to us. So even if the $99 is or isn't a scam, they've stolen my son's phone. They won't return calls. They will be demeaning to you & insulting. They won't ever pick up the phone. It is a fake company who has a business plan that involves illegal activities. If you speak to the BBB and look up the 'owner', he has dozens of criminal reports for companies like this as well as on eBay. Horrendous. I will not stop reporting them for the liars that they are until they come clean and give my poor son his phone back.
