I got hired in January 2012 to work as an analyst for Estes but what in fact i supposed to do conform to the VP of the company was to teach programming and other skills to one guy (that we call him "supervisor fraud" ) that was favorite of the VP and the VP wanted to promote him. I started to talk about some of my ideas and "supervisor fraud" went to the VP and the VP promoted him as supervision of the team that i was part of based on what i said. When i told to the VP that that was my idea and I started to debate on it and the VP said if I don't have a prof that it was my idea and he doesn't believe me.

I was going to work one morning and at the entry of the bridge even it was no car in the front of my something hit my windshield on the side of the driver .If i was stopping to call the cops i was not getting in time to give the project for a presentation that the VP assistant needed in that day. I went to work and "supervisor fraud" came later smiling at me. After the presentation was over i become an overnight star of the company and everybody wanted to send me projects . Than "supervisor fraud" started to get all the projects that were requested to give them to me and he was not finish them in time.

Than "supervisor fraud" is putting his leg tight next to my leg and smiling at me . I moved as fast as I could from that desk and I moved to a temporary desk. The "supervisor fraud" was yelling and screaming on the phone to me every day and I was answering thru the email so I can get an evidence of his behavior.

Than I wrote a program for 2 days ( Thursday and Friday ) and left it on the network where it supposed to be when i came back Monday it was deleted it . I wrote to an email to the "supervisor fraud" to ask him if he deleted my program and he answers in the email on a rude tone that he was the one that deleted it. I printed that email and gave it to the HR and they said that he had a bad day. I told them about "supervisor fraud" putting his leg tight to my leg and Hr said that nobody saw it there is no evidence of what he did. The VP said i suppose to work continue to work with him not to get him out of job..In the same time there was human poop all over the ground in the company parking lot around my car.

They changed their system that I was working with and they were not giving me any technical help they sent an letter that they are busy after like 5 days and I think I called them for over 50 times and they were never answering to my calls. The VP and "supervisor fraud" were working together so not only the technical help was not there but everybody that I was asking were saying they don't know or they have no time.They were willing to send bad reports to other companies just to make me look bad.

Also they were paying me at least 25k under the normal salary that I should get for that job.

I am not sure WHY there needs to be ANOTHER terrible review for this company, but it gets it off my chest. Where do I start, I guess the beginning.

On Friday June 1st 2018 at 3:22 PM, I placed an order with Home Depot for 28 cases (560 sf) of hardwood flooring. I realize that the order was placed too late in the day for any action on that day, not a problem I have plenty of work to do before I need it.

On Monday June 4th at 2:39 PM I received a shipping conformation that the delivery date would be Tuesday June 12th, perfect I can have a week plus for it to sit and acclimate to our humidity levels before installation.

So needless to say Tuesday came and went, my day off from work was, while wasted, made the best of, calls to home Depot. After plenty of on hold time while they (Home Depot) were on hold with Estes Final Mile (I wish this was their FINAL mile). I got little to no answer as to WHEN the shipment would arrive, but I did secure a $150.00 credit due to the shipment being late and now holding up a remodeling project.

On Sunday June 17th (yes Father’s Day) at 12:55 PM I receive an email from Estes Final Mile that the shipment is out for delivery. Okay, that seems odd, but due to the initial missed delivery date I say to my self GOOD. Cancel Father’s Day dinner and wait, because I was told I would have a four hour window. Wait til 9:30 to Hell with this, I have to be up at 4 for work.

On Monday June 18th at 3:00 PM I get another email from Estes Final Mile, my order has shipped, if anyone has seen Lewis Black and the shaking of the face and the jiggling cheeks, that is what I am doing. WTF yesterday it was out for delivery? More calls to Home Depot, another refund of $200.00 and now a delivery date of Friday the 22nd. 3 WEEKS! friggin weeks to come from North Carolina to Colorado, these people are not idiots, what we have here is “a walking abortion”.

This review will be ALL OVER the web and I am sending an email to Richard Childress Racing questioning WHY he would have such a dismal company as a sponsor.

IF ANY ONE I EVER ORDER FROM uses ESTES FINAL MILE they will not have my business.

THIS COMPANY IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY, AND WHY WE ARE GOING ON THE ROCKS.
