Estate A.I Reviews

I am writing this for other to be cautious and not waste a major amount of time on this company. This company claims they provide lead generation and in almost a one month period they provide over 70 leads of fabricated realty leads stemming from people claiming they had no idea why I was calling them to suppose leads from customers claiming there names were famous.

After almost dealing with this for close to a month a decided to file a chargeback with American Express and they lost. Not these scam artist sent my account to collection and the Collection company they use illegally obtain my social and leave it on a voicemail claiming they intend to report it to the credit bureaus.

The collection company was sent a letter this is a business debt and this company seems like they will go to whatever measure to get there monies . Well if you see their claims avoid it at all cost as you will have kids trying to help you, supposed past realtors now in a zoom meeting in Colombia. I

mean if they had a legitimate debt then provide to Amex but they couldn't. Not they try with collection which I not have to fight but I have the means so no problem. So trying to warn all realtors if you happen to receive anything from them "RUN"

This is what I wrote AMex for your records:

My business partner, associate, and I were led to believe that their company would provide Real Estate Leads from advertisements employed by ADs on social media platforms. I was led to believe I had full access to every lead that came from the clicking of these ads. I was never able to access the form these advertisements would have people fill out nor the actual ads themselves.

My associate and I had access to the software they told us to use to call these “leads' ' named Estate AI.During that time we never had any new leads but a repeat list of persons that were not aware of any form they filled out, fraudulent, and spam. None of the people called were actually who the company had listed them to be.

When this problem was addressed with one of the founders Matt Shields and an associate from the company named Jake they explained that commonly in this area of South Florida there are “fake leads”. To my surprise and those of my associates the actual founder had expressed their promise of genuine leads organically being fake. All of this communication was done via Zoom or Slack, a messaging communication app. The zooms were recorded by Matt Shields and Jake.

They expressed they would send these zooms to my associate and I to review for script and practice purposes. It is no surprise after my twenty-five years as a fraud examiner and private investigator agency owner that a ponzi scheme such as this one did not want us to have evidence of their acknowledgment of a breach in our agreement. I was promised a service with integrity and honesty, but was met with a scheme to lue Real Estate agents like myself to invest in their unlicensed scam artistry.
