These people debited my account on September 14, 2017 for 92.99 and for 92.97. I canceled this order 2 or 3 days after I placed this order. I have 2 confirmation #' s and they will not except them. I have called several times and keep getting the same B.S. I am going to call the BBB and general attorney first thing Monday morning. This company must be put out of business ASAP.
After seeing their ad on the internet, first mistake, I ordered this product. I thought I was ordering 1 bottle and when it came in, I had 2 bottles, each different. I then checked with my credit card company, and to my surprise, I was charged 2 different amounts, $5.97 and $5.99. Something in my gut told me to google this company and guess what??? I wasn't surprised to see all the negative reports on this company. I immediately tried to call this company. The phone rang about 3 times and a recored voice came on and said that a customer service rep would be with me momentaily, guess what??? 1 hour and 20 minutes later I finally hung up, some customer service huh???
Well I called my credit card company back and their customer service rep was very helpful. She gave me the other phone number that I have listed for all to see. I called that number and some one answered on the 2nd ring, the guys name was Meek and he was a foreigner, that did NOT speak very good English, go figure.... This guy wanted to keep arguing with me and offering me lesser amount to keep their crap. After about 45 minutes of repeatedly saying NO, he finally said ok he will cancel my order. I could hear him typing and he stated that he had to give me 2 different numbers to return this crap to them. The numbers were 16 digits long each and had to be on the box of return or they would not accept them. I said ok and then I asked for a cancellation number for my records. After typing for about another 5 minutes, he finally gave me 2 different numbers, these only being 6 digits long. After all of this, I asked him who was paying to send this crap back, again, guess who??? ME thats who, he said it was the consumers responsibity to return all products.
Now this POS company charged my account twice and I received nothing but a headache and, oh yes a very BIG lesson, trust no one!!!
I ordered ONE product (amazing garcinia) and after placing the order I went back to the website where I placed my order to see what the catch was. I read every screen and never saw a monthy charge or anything about what to expect after the trial and the webpage was GONE. It said the web address didn't exist. I immediately called and cancelled my order because I felt like there was something very sketchy going on.
Two days later I get an email telling me a product shipped... amazing green coffee. I clicked "NO THANK YOU" to adding this to my order, it was somehow still added to my order (which remember, I cancelled immediately). The customer service agent who closed my account and cancelled the order said nothing about any other items coming to me even after explaining how I didn't want any of their products. The agent tried very hard to get me to agree to keep the amazing green coffee and reduced the price from $92 down to $18 and assured me that if I sent back the ones I was being shipped that it would cost me $15 anyway, so why not keep them. I refused got a RMA (return authorization number) shipped them back and even paid extra to get a signature so I knew they couldn't tell me they never received it, it cost less than $3 to ship them back.
A little more than two weeks later I see an odd charge on my bank account for $9.95, ask my husband if he knew what it was and finally called to find out it was the SAME COMPANY. The company in which I have NO ACCOUNTS, have not purchased anything from them willingly and here are charges. No one can find them, they sell too many products to just know what it is afterall. Someone instructed me to send the image of the latest charge to an email address "[email protected]" so they could process the refund, it has been a battle with them as well. Asking for more information everytime... I've provided them with my name, address, email, phone number & a screen shot of an email from them with the information I have. They still cannot seem to locate any accounts for me... big surprise. So after several calls in a row and someone tells me I was charged for "fit friends" whatever this is. Assures me that she is refunding it and I requested to have all the emails re-sent to me about the accounts being cancelled. I deleted them and wish I hadn't. I called back today and a different gentleman said that I wasn't getting a refund because I clearly entered my credit card information online... WHICH I DID NOT.
I have contacted my bank, the BBB and went as far now as having to cancel my debit card, which I really did not want to do. This company is ruthless, I don't know how anyone could even work for such an awful place. I will not let this go, this company has got to stop.

About 3 weeks ago I decided to try a weight loss pill that was offered as a "free trial basis" offer, S&H only charged to my credit card. Today $92.99 was withdrawn from my checking account for a product I have never seen or heard of without my approval.
I have contacted my bank to see if there is anything that can be done about this. I have contacted this company and am waiting for a reply.

Product does not work and the picture of the same lady on Facebook displays many forms of garcina, On 9/16 my credit card was charged $ 92.99 on my credi card from r this useless bottle. I called the company several days ago 10/3or 10/4. And literally argued with the male person. This product does not work. I kept my email of the dispute. And he gave me a cancellation notice that no product would come to my house. He told me he personally lost 60 lbs and told me to " double up " the product. Guess what 10/6 I got the pills for $92.99 My credit card says. Natural garcina nicnackproduct. CA. Now I don't know what to do with the unopened bag And will call the number. 1-888-913-7084. My bottle I dated. 9/12/16. Now I hope I can hear from you. Facebook advtercises. False. What a rip off for sure.
