This company is a scam. Didn't send what was requested.

Now continues to send product and bill credit card after certified letter sent to company to please discontinue service.

This has been going on since September 2016. Unable to get anyone to answer phones at the company to complain.

  • Dec 14, 2016

They offered free trial of their product with no mention of following shipments. They charged $6 for the trial, but now they take money using my debit card number with no way of cancelling the shipments.

I ordered in September for Eye Rewind thinking what the heck it is only $5.99 for a trial i recieved it. The product didn't work so I forgot about it thinking that was just a trial. Then I recieved another order 2 months later of the same and my first thought was I didn't order any more. I put it together with my bank account going negative since I used my debit card. Looking on my statement I now have other charges for $92.99 from a Silka skincare Katie .Comerce CA and a $92.97 Rosy Derma Support @Beaut CA that is only a couple of them. my bills are not getting paid and i have numerous overdraft fees. I have contated my Bank trying to fix this on my part because this was the last thing i needed.

I ordered a bottle of Skinny Garcinia for $5.99 and a bottle of Skinny Green Coffee for $5.97 from Essential Beauty & Health Now.

Then received another bottle of each in the mail, not even a month later.

I was outraged that my credit card had been billed $101.36 (Skinny Garcinia) for the first bottle and $101.34 (Skinny Green Coffee) for that first bottle.

Even more outraged that they billed a total amount of $202.70 for the next two bottles.

I called the company and they claim that I authorized and agreed to the terms and that is what I owe. I called again and the young man agreed to refun my account for $202.70 (for the second two bottles). Ok, I should have known better than to order from an computer ad and I was fine with taking responsibility for the first two bottles.

Then I received a email from the company stating that my refund was to the amount of $35.47 & $35.46. Not the full $202.70.

I called the company 5 times in one day:

The first two operators took my order number, put me on hold, then cam back on with a bunch of fast talking gibberish followed by "Thank you and have a nice day".

The third call could not pull up my account and I ws told to call back in 24 hours.

The fourth call acted like she couldn't hear me, put me on hold then answered with same gibberish.

The fifth call was a man that was horribly rude, insisted that I did not read the terms and informed me that I would be disconnectd from their system.

As I have read from others experiencing the same thing, there was no terms or authorizations to agree to. They are ready to walk through with you on your computer to prove that details are there. How clever, the ones that they just added?

I've learned my lesson and will never fall prey to computer ads again. Hoping somehow that the money that I was billed for out of dishonest and misleading ad will come back to me someday.

My husband called our credit card company but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. Apparently the company is run in such a way that it's tough to prove anything illegal. But they are diffinitely dishonest, rude scam artitsts.

On October 8, 2016 I ordered 2 trial products at a cost of 5.97 each for which I authorized payment via my credit card. As of Oct. 31, 2016, I have not recieved the products. I received my credit card statement showing the two charges of 5.97 each, along with 4 additional unauthorized charges of 92.97 each totaling 371.88. I called to discuss this with them, and after 3 phone calls that were not helpful (I was told that I had to cancel within 10 days or I would be charged and they would not reverse the charges). The trial items did not arrive, so how was I supposed to cancel something I wanted to try first befor purchasing more - a "trial". The persons with whom I spoke were hard to understand, spoke fast and did not make sense, also I was put on hold several times and was told my order numbers could not be found. This is a scam company and I have reported tham to my credit card issuer and had my account number changed. I am also reporting them to my local police as this is an internet scam. Do not order the trial size as you will have to fight to get your money back...if you can.

I recently agreed to a weight loss product because I was feeling vulnerable and discouraged. Agreed to purchase the trial order and see if it worked. I got a bad cold and did not start taking the product when I received it. I then look at my credit card statement and see I have been charged over 90 dollars for the next shipment. I never agreed to another shipment. I call the customer service person and explain I never ordered a second bottle and that I got sick and only tried one or two pills. She tells me try taking them at night. I try to explain the pills didn't make me sick I was just sick. (Language barrier) she say she will stop the order and as long as I call before 10/31 to cancel I will be fine. I call a second time because I again check my statement and see a second charge for over 90 dollars and the shipment she stopped arrives by mail. This time I say clearly. I do not want any further shipments charges or anything to do with this company. They are sorry to hear that, can they offer the product at a cheaper price. I reiterate I want to CANCEL all future shipments, orders etc. from this company. They provide a cancellation number and say there will be a cancellation fee. If I see a fee charged to my card I may stroke out.

I called to cancel my trial for Skinny Garcinia during the 2 weeks time allotted. They did not record this information. I received another shipment of pills and a $100 charge to my credit card. I called again and spoke to two different respresentatives. Neither of them would let me speak to a manager and were rude on the phone.

I intend to call my credit card company and report this as a fraudulent charge.

Ordered original $5.95 offer. It broke me out. Called to cancel further shipments, and that is when I found out the phone number was no good. Now I find they have charged my checking account almost $200.00 and I am unable to reach this bogus company to receive my money back. I can not use the product,I can not return the product for my money back. What a complete and total rip off! It threw my account into overdraft,as I was unaware that this would be happening.

I ordered the "trial" version of othe Skinny Green Coffee and Garcinia...I did not agree to receive monthy shipments of their products. The products did NOT work. After seeing over $200 charged to my credit card, I called and cancelled both products. The company will not take the items back for a credit and told me over and over again that when I filled out the information to receive the "trial" products, I agreed to repeated monthly shipments. I did not!

The products do not work. I have since cancelled both products after a long and lengthly, argumentative conversation with the customer service agent telling me that I can save $20 if I continue to recieve the product and that I did not use the products correctly or I would have lost weight. I had to get very nasty and agreesive to tell the person to shup up and listen to me...that I wanted my account cancelled, I did not want to receive anything from them ever again and to never hear from them again.

This company is a huge SCAM. I cannot even find their website or a phone number. I luckily found their name, address and phone number on the inside packing slip of the latest shipment. My credit card company could not even find a phone number for them.

Please help me get my $$ back and stop this company from taking advantage of honest people. A trial sample is a trial sample...not monthly, costly shipments.

I contacted Eye Rewind or Essential Beauty NOW to request an RMA for a product they continue to send me even after I have requested cancellation. After my last phone call to them I argued with the cs rep for 20 minutes about how I didn't want the produrct but she wanted to send me more. I could not get her to put someone else on the phone or tell me that she wouldn't send more out to me. Sure enough, a week later I got another shipment of this product in the mail.

  • Sep 17, 2016

I ordered a trial and they won't stop sending it or will cancel it.

  • Sep 2, 2016

While checking out doing another online purchase, a pop up showed up for a trial of the herbal supplemant Skinny Garcinia. I was to be charged only 5.99 for shipping. I took the bait and then they threw in another product Skinny Green Coffee for just the shipping price. Now, since mid July I have been charged an additional $371.00 on my credit card and have been trying to cancel. I have been sent a total of 4 bottles of capsules.

After checking online and seeing several other bad reviews and complaints by other consumers, I now realize that it is a full blown scam. I have filed complaints with the Utah and California Attorney Generals offices and the Federal Trade Commission. I recommend that all other comsumers that have been ripped off by these crooks file complaints too. These crooks need to be stopped!!

SKINNY gARCINIA AND GREEN COFFEE

I have the same story as the other respondents. I ordered Skinny Garcinia for $5.97 shipping for a free trial so I could check with my doctor to see if I could use the product. I could not complete the online order without also ordering skinny green coffee for an additional $5.99 shipping. A confirming email said the products would be shown on my credit card as BERLING*STERLINGEYE AND LX2*SKINSMOOTH. I became very uneasy at that point but couldn't reach sellers at the numbers shown. There was also no way of contacting the companies via online.

My Physician said it was too dangerous for anyone to use anything of this type of product, but especially not me as I have MS. I saw nothing on the order site that said I had a 14 day trial period and must cancel additional product during the 14 days to not receive another order of the products for $92.95 (skinny garcinia) and $92.99 (skinny green coffee). Please note the similarities in price as related by other respondents for even differing products from Essential Beauty. Not so incidentally these same products can be purchased on other sites for anywhere from $20 to $48 each. When I called customer service I spoke with a very polite young lady who repeated the same script ad nauseum that I had agreed to a binding contract by completing the order. I am unable to return the product and must pay. $200 is a lot of money for someone on disability and I am furious at myself for putting myself in this position. I hope that others will not make my mistake and that someone can stop these crooks!

  • Aug 9, 2016

Same story as everyone else. A few dollars to see what it was all about with no continued comittment. The unordered product started coming. Charges made to my card. Numerous phone calls to no avail. Product continues to be delivered even after we tried to cancel. Charges contiue even after notifying C/C company.

Employees hardly speak English, very hard to understand.Quote: "No one available that speaks English". They simply hung up on me! Had to change my c/card # to prevent further charges.

Be sure you read Terms and Conditions BEFORE you buy. You have only 14 days from date of purchase to contact them for a refund in you are not happy with the product (and you won't be---trust me please!). If you don't cancel your 'subscription' (yes, you are buying a product that they wiill charge you nearly $100 for MONTHLY) ---even though you THINK you are buying a trial sample for about $6.00. My 'trial sample' arrived 5 days AFTER the 14 day period ended and I still was not able to get my money back.......It's kind of hard to evaluate a product that has not yet arrived. But, they saidI should have known to contact them within the 14 day period. Forget calling Customer service. They have their scripts and that is all you'll get from them.

I placed an order for their skinny garcia and green coffee supplements on their website. It said get a free 30 day supply of our product for just $5.95 shipping and handling. I ordered the product received a confirmation email and shipping email. 15 days later I received the products I tried them and found they didn't work. About 8 days later I get an email from them saying that they've charged me $92.99 and they I had 14 days form the date I ordered the item to cancel to avoid being charged. At no time when I ordered the product all the confirmation emails I got did they mention anything about charging me 92.99. I called them up and the agent said I must have missed it in my excitement and keep give information this rehearse speech that he can't give me a refund and I can't return the items for a refund after 14 days. I wasn't given up he fininally agreed to cancel the products and refund my card. Couple hours later I get another email that I was charged $92.99 again. So not only did they not refund me they stole $200 from me. If they have that policy on their website it must be hidden pretty deep. by their own rules I couldn't have ever cancelled the product even if I knew about the 14 days since I don't receive the products until the 15th day. This company is despicable. I'm posting this in hopes it stops someone else from getting scammed out of their money.

Essential beauty & health now Btf sesationaleyes I was offered a free 30 day trial of their skinny garcia and green coffee for the cost of shipping 5.95 each. I received the products 15 days later then about a week later I got an email saying that they charged my card 92.99 and that I had 14 days to cancel my trial so that I wouldn't get charged. At no time when I placed my order received confirmation or shipment notification did they mention anything about the trial being only for 14 days the first I heard of it was that email saying that they are charging me. It was a holiday weekend so I had to wait till Tuesday to call they refuse to refund me or accept the return of the item I spent an hour on the phone with their agent he said he will refund me and cancel the service. Couple hours later I get another email not only have the not refunded me they stole another 92.99 from me . That $200 stolen from me by this company. The terms off their trial they hide from you so they can cheat and steal from you. Even if I knew about the 14 days limit it wouldn't have helped since I received the product 15 days after I ordered it. They are just despicable company.

On 6/04/16 I ordered a free trial of “skinny garcinia” which I authorized them to charge my credit card $5.95 for shipping and handling.

I never saw a contract or subscription on the order page.

They sent me a confirmation of my order by email on 6/06/16 and said the supplement would be shipped the day after I placed my order.

I forgot about it until I received an email on 6/19/16, that my order had been shipped. In the background of the email in very light writing it said this, “ If you choose to sign up for our Trial Membership Program, you will be sent a thirty (30) day supply of the product chosen via USPS Mail and will be charged only $5.95 for shipping and handling plus applicable sales tax

We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 10 days plus 4 days shipping from your original order date to see if the product is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at [corporatePhone] and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing-we will bill you $92.95 plus applicable sales tax for your initial order , and every thirty days thereafter we will send you a new 30-day supply of our product, and automatically bill you the low price $92.95 $5.95 shipping plus applicable sales tax for 12 auto recurring billing subscriptions. To cancel automatic delivery and billing , call us at (855) 643-3737 or email us during normal business hours”

I didn’t receive the product until 6/23/16.

I called them to cancel subscription and cancel trial. They said it has already been 14 days from date ordered 06/04, so they charged me the balance which was supposed to be $92.00 but they charged my card $101.00. They didn’t mail the product until 06/20/16. I told them I didn’t even receive the product until 06/23 so how could I possibly have tried it if I hadn’t received it. They had already charged my card for keeping the product more than 14 days on 06/21/16 before they even mailed it to me. They kept me on the phone for 25 mins and were so rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was just as rude and when I got upset he laughed at me. When I asked are you going to credit me or not yes or no he said NO They are still charging me. I hung up on them.

This is a SCAM! BEWARE!

In May of 2016 this Skin Revive showed up on my face book claiming to have a great skin product and that you could get a free sample and just pay $5.99 for shipping. The minute I placed my order the website disappeared. In about 10 days I received my order and thought o.k, atleast I got my order for $5.99. I came home today 6/29/16 to find an order from this company in my mailbox, I immediatley knew something wasn't right as I didn't put in another order. I immediatley went online and checked my credit card and saw that they charged me $98.98. I lookd even further and saw they charged by credit card on 5/28/16 $92.00. I about fell to the floor. Called the number on the package 844-965-7416 and was told my a Maki that I agreed to a monthly shipping. I told him this was a scam and that I never agreed to this. He said he would only credit me $98.98. Ridiculous! Don't order anything from this company as they are scammers and the product doesnt work! I learned my lesson and will always check ripp off report because if I had checked I would have seen before I ordered this place is a rip off.

They guarantee removal of dark bags under the eyes and facial wrinkles. They also say they will give you a free 14 day trial period to use and try it out with no obligation to keep it if you do not like the product. Instead, they charge your bank account over $200 for the entire deal. This includes the initial $5.00 for both to handle the shipping charges. Then when you decide to cancel on the 14th day, they have already drafted the amount out of your bank account for $92.97 - Glam Eyes and $92.99 for BDE Skin Fantastiqu. When you explain that you are cancelling your purchase and want a full refund, then they go into overdrive, talking non-stop attempting to make you keep the product by down grading the price, offering other types of payment plans, but no refund. It wasn't until I told them I am reporting them to the AGO about their sales practices, did they offer to give me 50% of my money back. They seem to be selling these cheap creams under the brand of Dr. OZ as a way to pull customers into buying it. Something needs to be done about this scam, cause that is exactly what they are doing, SCAMMING PEOPLE!! PS; I also purchased a similar product ALLEGRO which uses the same practices, so the two may be connected to a much bigger skin care scam than one would suspect.

Company uses deceptive practices selling facial improvement creams/serums that do not work. They also charge you inside of the date for a 14 trial date to use it, and will charge you for returning unused product instead of refunding your account. They attempt to keep you a customer by sending out product again, and charging you for the new supply. It is not until you tell them you will get your bank involved in the matter, that they try to reduce your charge by 50%. However, they refuse to submit to your request for a full refund. These products are being sold using Dr. Oz as a cover to promote the sale of it. However, there may be a line of false non-working products they are selling under his name that makes this a much bigger scame than meets the naked eye. Please do not purchase ANY beauty creams from a Dr. Oz online ad.
