In July of 2015 I was approached by Mike Gerard AKA Michael Archambo and Ashley Lipson to run their new agency Esprit Talent. After numerous meetings with these two they gave me the job promising me a 4k a month salary plus commission, promised me NO tax liability and that all of my expenses would be expensed out thru the agency. They even rented the office within walking distance of my apartment in Westwood as I would be there running it. NONE of this ever happened! Shortly after moving all of my clients over to the agency sites Mr. Archambo had a Sag actor named Dennis Kinard start contacting my clients and would go behind my back and submit my clients. It was like being in the Twilight Zone with these people as they could care less that they are blatantly committing fraud...I found out that not only were they calling my clients, but Mike Gerard was adding my clients to his IMDB name and list. He then attempted to send out an email to all my clients that he was now their agent...Defamation, Fraud, Sexual Harassment, Breach of Oral Contract, Breach of Written Contract, Failure to pay minimum wages and yeah thats the start of my suing them! After seeing this nasty slob in Labor Court with his atttorney trying to intimidate me with their ugly death stares..No M****r F****rs guess what you will NOT do this to anybody else!!!! #metoo #timesup #seeyoubothinlaborcourt #civilcourt
