Being a senior citizen and after reading that policy they did not make it plain that the item that I was purchasing was Final sale item they're always having sales whether it's final or just a sale item. When I returned my item with a form filled out inside for an exchange they rebuttal and they donated my merchandise to charity and would not do an exchange for me I spoke to three or four of the representatives there and they were adamant that they would not make any adjustments for customers when they felt like it was their fault. So they have no compassion or they are not interested in making any amends or adjustments for senior citizens or anyone they all about the money. I will never do business with especially yours again and I advise anyone to be cautious because the representatives will not try and satisfy the customer.
Ordered wigs. Wigs look didn't appear to be the same on line. Called told them I was sending then back. No report made. Received a card saying they was donating my wig to a Charity. This company's ripping off a Lot of customers with some so call small fine print that people can't read. This is what I call a scam artist. Stealing from customers in. They need to be investigated. They're getting rich. I would like to see a copy of my donation made. It probably was return to stock and resold. Thanks for listening
After she send the reverible mink coat that was on sale for 129,99 that are criminal who need to be turned in for unfairness to customer of not returning people money of refunding or giving credit to their credit card after item is returned and make thing right for good standard honestly go a long ways.
do not use this company they are dishonest if you buy they will rif you off and keep your money, if you use credit card they will not credit your account they will keep your merchandise and will not returned it, like they did my mother and give to their own charity, like they told my mother, which I beleive is their employee walking around wearing these item they are low- down business nobody, want to be somebody. trying to live off the one who let them with away with it, but Iam noy stupid because they messed with my mother and she's 82years old and that pushed me over the edge and they did it to me.

First time to do business with them, i called their 1800 952 5929 number and placed an order for three items, waited for an hour for a confirmatory email, when none was forth coming i called back to request for it and they said they had no records whatsoever of my order, i asked them to check their contact but, Patricia, one of their sales person said, she cannot check, what a company in the center of the US, it is a disgrace to have to do business with the kind of low life individuals that work here.
I placed an order with Especially yours on 3/13/16 and as of today 3/27/16 I have not rec'd. This was a 5-7 day ordered. I have not been able to reach them once and i was told that it should have been shipped out on 3/18/16 and theywere looking into it. Now when I call i get voice mail and I am put on hold. When I email the response is someone will get back with you in 24-48 hrs. and no one gets back with you. This is the worst company. I will not support this company again.
When I received the suit, it did not fit, I returned the suit immediately expecting to receive a refund for the purchase price. To my dismay, I received a postcard from the company stating that because the suit was on clearance, it could not be exchanged or returned and would be donated to Charity. Mind you they are still selling the suit. When I spoke with the Customer Service Representative Supervisor, she advised that they still have more of these suits available, but the one that I sent back, never worn was donated to Charity.
I purchased a suit from Especially Yours on-line. When I received the suit, it did not fit. I immediatey returned the suit. Awaiting a refund or credit, I was received a postcard from the company, stating that the suit had been donated to charity since it was a clearance item and suggested that I consult a tax advisor for my indiviual tax implications. What gives this company the right to receive the suit back and keep my money. Also when I spoke with the Customer Service Supervisor, she told me that they still have the same suit on sale on the website. This is a ripoff, but a lesson learned, never purchase any items from Especially Yours, because they make up the rules as they go along making certain that it benefits them.
Absolutely hate this sight after I purchased a dress for my mother for church it looked nothing like it did of the website and in the book. After I called to have it exchanged I was told I could not exchange a 115 dollar dress!!!!!!! When I was put on hold for a supervisor I got cut off twice then told I had to keep the ugly dress. They deserve zero stars.
On 8/21/15, I purchased a wig for $29.99 and $9.99 s/h fees=$39.98 total. I recvd the wig 5 days later with invoice stating "Amt charged to credit card" $29.99. What happened to the $9.99 s/h fees? I called Especially Yours C. Sv. line and I was told that a glitch occurred in the s/h dept - I would NOT be charged! I erased the $39.98 from my checkbook and entered $29.99 (like the invoice and C.Sv. rep stated). 11 days later (9/3/15), the $9.99 appeared on my bank statement along with a $35.00 overdraft fee. I called and spoke with a supervisor who said she was sorry but could NOT refund my $9.99, or cover my o/d fees.
They sell predominately to Black women and their racist tactics, overcharging on all clothing, shoes and wigs has got to stop. I absolutely HATE this bogus company and their rip-off way of doing business!
