I did not give EM any permission at all to put my photos or ad information up .. I am licensed and file taxes on my Behavioral Management Services and since EM stoke my information I have been getting a lot of idiots asking for things I would NEVER provide. I am a legitimate massage therapist and because of the nature of their website, my phone is flooded with calls of propositions for sex daily. This has tarnished my reputation and credibility leading to a severe waste of time spent sorting through calls and sorting through legitimate clients. What legal recourse do I have?

I was a long time user of Backpage to advertise for massage services. I have been doing massage for 18 years and am also a massage student at a local school to learn new modalities. Erotic Monkey stole my entire ad and my pictures and now I am identified as an escort. I never freely joined the site and asked to be removed at least 50 times. Nobody ever even responded to my complaint. I wrote to abuse.net and nothing. Now having to work with DMCA to get removed and it costs 200 dollars to get removed from ONE site! So frustrating. Hey, Erotic Monkey, if I want your help, I'll ask for it. REMOVE ME THIEVES!!!
