Eros Tours & Travel AKA airtkt.com, AKA cheapfareguru.com is a scam. I had a terrible experience with them and lost ALL the money I paid. After cancelling a ticket for illness and having all the blessings to get a full credit from the airline the airline told me that cheapfareguru sold me (without informing me) a "bulk" ticket and it had to be process by them. Well, they did nothing despite their promise that they would and many calls and emails. When I asked them for evidence they did anything they send me nothing. The last email responding to my request for status was that now the one year deadline has expired, so... money lost. Of course it was well within a year when I first contacted them. When I request their names, contact info, address they do not respond. I found out that this is an Indian operation, the mail address they give in California is just a front (a UPS store) mailbox.
Although they list California as their company address they are not registered with the secretary of State as cheapfareguru.com or airtkt.com. When I asked for their agent for service of process... no response. I found however that Eros Tours & Travel was registered in California by Anjiv Khirana AKA Anjiv Khurana with residential address GRANADA HILLS California 91344. No business address given. The agent for serving a lawsuit is SHOBHANA JAYANT MEHTA also at a residential address: IRVINE California 92602. All names are Indian names. I also asked for their website domain registration and the name of their registrar and host.. no response.
I am looking into their web address with ICANN. cheapfareguru.com registration is expired. airtkt.com and erostours.com were registered by a SUNNE KHURANA , with email [email protected] and address 17 W 9th St., Suite # 307, Los Angeles. This is a 3rd floor office not open to the public. It looks bogus. Stay away from these people. Other reputable companies have lower fares anyway, you will find them if you do your due diligence. If you have already bought a ticket and have a problem with this "company", (you will probably have given their fraudulent operation); you can try suing them using this information. Good luck. I sent this review to SUNNE KHURANA's email asking if they wished to correct anything. I got an email where they listed NO corrections.
