Erin Capital Management was awarded a judgement against me and I don't even know who they are. They say I owe them over $7,000 plus an additional $6,000 in interest. Almost exactly the same amounts recored by someone on RIPOFF yesterday.
They sent a Money Judgement Execution. It does not disclose any information at all about who is suing me. I am on Social Security and they said they are going to freeze my Bank Account including my direct deposits! I called them and they wanted all kinds of personal information from me (SSI#,DL# and account #'s), so I hung-up!
