Erika Hamkar of Chino Hills aka Erika Gonzalez Hamkar ripped us off for almost $500 ....for pool cleaning services, pool repair services, pool salt, filed two chargebacks for $140 for a keypad and $85 for a temperature sensor for his pool heater. This POS did this out of spite because we terminated their pool service for constantly wasting our time because her husband is an IDIOT. We told her husband Behroz Hamkar on over 1/2 a dozen occasions his pool light fixture was half full of water and required replacement, the know nothing imbecile argues with us and claimed "the gfi was tripped", well DUH Mo-RON!! The GFCI is doing it's job!!! Preventing electrocution!!!
After almost a year her husband Behroz Hamkar finally capitulated and asked us to replace the pool light, with the water being cold in winter we were going to have one of our subcontractors change it since he has a wetsuit and doesn't mind the colder water. On the day he was driving from Orange County to Erika Hamkar's and Behroz Hamkar's house Behroz text he was cancelling the pool light replacement. We refunded him then we summarily cancelled his pool service. There were no issues with the pool heater or pool services rendered to date at this time but this jerk and/ or his wife Erika Hamkar aka Ericka Gonzalez called their credit card company to stop payment on two previous pool heater repairs we performed.
The first chargeback was $140 which we text Behroz Hamkar and let him know we would be suing him along with the $35 chargeback fee. The very same day, after our text they did a second chargeback for $85. These people are trash, merely vindictive since we stopped their pool service. We have the right to choose who we work for, we are not beholden to you!!! They also owe us for pool cleaning service and salt added. We have them on our list of people to sue and with Covid the court cases are not on a normal schedule. We have two years in which to sue them, we have all the text messages and the dates reflecting the chargebacks coinciding with our termination of service for constantly wasting our time and his idiot ignorant comments about the GFI being tripped.
We disconnected the power from the junction box on our last trip so his son doesn't get electrocuted when the GFCI fails. The prior visits which we didn't charge him for, where again he wasted our time were due to user error. One trip our technician wasted over an hour!!!! To ensure the pool heater was working, which it was. Our technician drove to his house, wasted his time, wasted his gas, wasted his money and waited until it heater over 101 degrees and sent photos to Behroz. Several service call trips were due to his own stupidity, Behroz Hamkar wasn't charged a penny for any of these trips. We text his back in response to the wife Erika Gonzalez Hamkar who went off on us (for having the audacity to expect payment for services rendered) in regard for our efforts to collect via text message Erika Hamkar purports her husband is a gentleman, lol. Newsflash Erika, a gentleman doesn't screw people, a gentleman doesn't waste people's time, a gentleman pays for services he receives!!!
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!! Our termination of services doesn't negate your obligations for balances owed We plan to sue, in the interim will be sure to tell everyone these jerks stiffed us. I'd think twice about doing work for Erika Hamkar if you expect to get paid for services rendered.
