Do not buy from this site..it is a rip off... fake items look nothing at all like the advertising photos... sizes run extremely small... ...for is 100% fake, looks fake and cheap, feels fake and cheap... never would've spent 124.00 of this junk if i had seen it first
I am reporting this to save somebody from getting ripped off by this company. I ordered a wedding dress here thinking everything was going to be alright, but I was very wrong. They sent the dress with a completely off size. It did not fit any where. I reached out to the company to get a return address for a refund, but they refused. They kept pushing me to return the dress for an exchange, but no refund. I once again contacted them saying the dress could not be returned for an exchange due to the fact the wedding is happening next weeks, so I will need a full refund. They once again refused to send me the return address. They replied by saying that, I can only get a 40% refund of what I paid plus I would have to pay for the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost that they incurred for sending the item to me. It is crazy because they decided to send me the wrong sized item. They inconvenienced me, not the other way around. It says on their website that you will be able to get a refund if you inquire about an item prior to the 30th day after receiving it, but this is very deceiptful. Please avoid this company at all cost. I don't want you to spend hundreds of dollars and then not be able to return the item if it doesn't fit. It is a big risk you will be taking. I am now down $175. I can't believe the US doesn't regulate companies like this and allows them to operate while stealing customers hard earned money.
I ordered 5 shirts from ericdress online shopping website. I paid $94.91. Per their records one shirt was out of stock so they refunded $21 to me. The other 4 were shipped out on 37 July 2016. I received a cheap looking shirt a month later and I'm still waiting for the other 3. They either don't reply my emails or if they do, they tell me to check my post office or they'll confirm from their logistics department. When you check my account on their website you notice the shirts are still awaiting shipment. The order number is 748682
IS the worst wesbsite shop experience, bought 2 dresses about two months ago, they send 2 different dresses, totally different in colour and size, So i contact them since then every day askinf for refund or to get just a new dress for my daughter, and they reply they will contact the manager and after that they reply again as at the begining ....
they dont want to give me name of the manager to write to him.
they havent reply to my emails.. been looking for an address where to contact them but is nothing just the website and they keep avoiding me ..
very frustrating experience...
Lost almost $400... not dress for my daughter and no hope to get a new one...
