I was also a victim of trusting eric noveshen investment advice, and i knew him through his bar. I thought i had a personal connection why would he screw me. He talked me into buying 12,000 worth of the penny stock simulatedSmev). I lost everything.

Eric noveshen was responsible "jointly and severally and ordered to pay the sum of $125,000 and compensatory damages plus interest".
