Broke during warranty period. Brake mechanism disconnected from left hand brake: major safety hazard. Called was told that I would not get a refund and that they'd only fix it and ship back to me. Oh, and guess who gets to pay the shipping fee? Not only that, but returning it was only a second step; you see first I had to try fixing it myself with my disabled hands(ADA EQUAL ACCESS ISSUE!) Since I need a walker/rollator, I have no choice but to order a new one(from another company after Ergoactives' product broke after 6 mos.) and can't jump through their crafty loops. Stay away from these shylocks; they'll take 2 lbs. of flesh!
Company representative evasive, refused to answer direct, simple, concise question then accused me of being rude. Oh, and big surprise: she never even sent the directions. So on top of everything else, the company's HR practices apparently seek and reinforce sub par customer service.
