Great customer service but buyer beware...the contract i signed was vague with termination. It implies a one month out but the terms are 6 months and if you want out they will charge you for every month until the end of the term. They do not let you know that when you sign. It is also on auto-renew. I understand contracts but if a client is dissatisfied good business is good business. I was told by my rep and his boss that they are a "profit based company" and that is why they hold people to the terms of the entire contract (no matter what). Inflexibility is the mark of poor service especially if a client is dissatisfied. So we have not used the service for 3 months or so but best believe I am being charged 1600/mo despite multiple attempts to terminate contract. The contract language is very vague and I bet there are many people out there who desired early termination but were forced to complete their contract.

Beware the wolf at the door. Internet marketing company for client retention. Easy to sign up but forget about trying to cancel your service. The sales person gave the whole presentation, whisked me through the contract and my understanding was that an initial term 14 months and then I could cancel. I misunderstood and was supposed to have cancelled before the end of the initial term. Since I failed to do this my contract automatically renewed for another 14 months. I missed the cut off for cancel by 45 days. When I called to discuss they have been unwilling to make any changes to the contract and even though I have not been happy with the service I am now locked in to doing business with them for another 14 months or choose to not use them and pay the contract our 14 x $599. I have not come accross an internet marketing company that had automatic renewals or a company that was so hungry for your money that they don't care. Stay away from these guys.
