Equity Technologies Corporation may have gone out of business and left nothing for their 3rd party vendors who De Install Avaya phone systems their share of funds due for this service rendered. Fortunately, the debt they owed us was a mere $255.00, however, I can only imagine how many companies they "stiffed" . Please be aware if Cathy Anderson_Giles from Mobile, Alabama decides to start up another so called business.
My company has been performing asset recovery work for Equity Technologies for several years and had not had issues with getting paid in the past. Most recently in the past year I have had much difficulty in getting my invoices paid and have had to make numerous phone and e-mail inquiries to no avail. Only after I refused to return some equipment that I had in my possesion from last job done for them did they pay 3 outstanding invoices. I currently have 1 more invoice that is now 65 days net and once again I am being ignored. They still have the nevre to e-mail me requesting my availability to recover some equipment in Washington DC.
Last conversation that I had with them, i was told "we are having some cash flow problems".
