Word of advice: do not be a gullible victim like i was!
The man behind this company and all of his employees need to be in prison.
This company lures unsuspecting, gullible victims with hard to believe loan terms and then cheats them out of money.
Regardless of what they tell you, they will sell your shares as soon as you transfer them. This is why they demand all transactions to be title transfer.
They will find many excuses to lower your ltv to abysmal levels once you transfer the stock, sell your stock without telling you with help of custodians crash your stock and then give you back leftover scraps they couldn’t sell.
Do not be greedy. Use the old adage, if something is too good to be true then it is. If a bank only gives you 15% ltv and 10% interest rate, how can anyone else offer you 70% ltv and 3% interest?
Find a reputable lender or go with a local bank, despite the lower rates, you’ll sleep soundly at night.
