We had bought a printer in the month of may and from the day of installation the printer is giving problems and is not working properly. First there was problem with wifi printing . Then there were lines all across the coloured print. So we called the person from the company who came for installation and he said to do the head cleaning from the computer which was surprising as it is a new printer and it consumes so much of ink to do .
Again after 2 days the coloured print out had lines in it again we did the head cleaning . Just after 2-3 days of the purchase the display got blank and till today it is the same. When we do print from the computer some pages miss and do not print and again we have to give the print command sometimes for the third time and then it prints. From accounting tally sometimes it even takes 15-20 minutes for printing and sometimes it happens instantly.
The company is cheating by selling poor quality products which are made with cheap technology and parts and over charging the customers and harassing us.
