On December 17, 2014 when consulted with and had Dr Simon Ourian inject fillers around my eyes for $3021.55 , I was assured by him, that this procedure would give my eyes a more youthful look
I have had other fillers in my face before by other doctors and have always been happy with the results
His office is beautiful decorated and his staff are professional and polite
For 2 weeks post injection my eyes were extremely bruised looking and I followed Dr Ourian's medical advice to eat lots of fresh pineapple to subdue the bruising
After the swelling and bruising subsided I noticed that above my right eye a 2 1/2 inch crepey unattractive lump developed
This lumpy area was " not" there before Dr Ourians injecting fillers around my eyes This makes my right eye look 10 years older and unattractive..
Even under eye cream and cover up could not hide the horrible 2 1/2 bulge over my right eye...
I thought that perhaps if I waited a month or two it might get better but it did not.. In the interim I read a few negative medical reviews of Dr Simon Ourians injecting fillers to other patients, so I was to afraid to return to a doctor that I did not have full confidence in
Afterwards I consulted with a plastic surgeon in Orange County , who suggested I get a full facial laser peel , concentrating on my upper eye area would help me.. He also said that if this lumpy area above my right eye did not return to its previous condition that I could and should get it removed by surgery, but he suggested that I wait 3 months post laser peel before doing anything
This doctor from Orange County told me that "Dr Simon Ourian " made a real mess of my skin over my right eye
I had a deep full laser peel on my face and concentrating on my eyes.. I am still recovering from this deep laser peel
I am not interested in having Dr Simon Ourian doing any more fillers or procedures on my face/ eyes, as I do not have confidence in this mans medical judgement
So I called up his assistant Rana , who was very polite and referred me to Dr Simons Ourian "Director of Operations" David Ehrlich, and I spoke to him and even mailed him a few photos that show the big unattractive lump above my right eye
I requested a full refund of the $3021.55 that I paid Dr Simon Ourian on December 17, 2014 for fillers around my eyes...

I cannot believe that this doctor is so unethical, and so poorly skilled and refused to return my money after my right eye terrible and alot worse then before!!
I would strongly advice anyone to avoid going to Dr Simon Ourian ,as he is a doctor who can potentially damage your face with with his terrible injections and medical procedures
I will have no choice but file a complaint with the "Medical Board of California " and the Better Business Bureau for the damage that Dr Simon Ourian has created to the skin above my eyes by him injecting fillers in December 2014
I am writing this review to help prevent anyone else from from going threw the same pain,expense, suffering and facial deformation that I have now by letting Dr Simon Ourian inject fillers above and around my eyes
I wanted this place to be great but it just wasn't. Unless your a celebrity client or super rich go elsewhere for your Botox because he obviously dilutes his solution for everyday people like myself . I went in on nov. 9th for Botox. Traveled all the way from Woodland hills to Beverly Hills . I saw his Instagram page and was interested in getting price estimate on other services such as fillers and softening the jawline. Which I found out that lips were 1,900 and the jawline thing close to 5 grand .... No thanks .... The place is super nice and clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly so for them this review is not geared for. It's the service itself.
I paid 200$ for Botox which I been getting since I was 28 years old (now 32) in the middle of my eyebrows where my frown lines are. Immediately when he injected I thought it was odd that he just quickly and what seemed carelessly stuck my with the needle in 3 areas with fluid running down my forehead .
In the past it was always done very carefully and slowly with other doctors but I just kinda chalked it up to "we'll hey, this guy must just be THAT good he knows what he's doing" when I got to my car in the garage I noticed people staring at me crazy and that because I had little lumps under my skin which had never happened in the past either (went away after a couple hours ) I called and they said that was normal and to let two weeks go by for results to appear ..... Well they never did ... They called and did a follow up and I went in exactly 2 weeks on the nov. 24th for a follow up so the doctor could take a look. He agreed that I still had a lot of muscle movement and so injected me again with a small amount for a touch up. So I go about my life and wait another two weeks ..... Still nothing .... Now I'm irritated and I call back and tell them. All this driving back and forth from Woodland hills to Bev hills is not cool. Why wouldn't it just work.
At this point I go in again and now I'm just feeling like they think I'm crazy and trying to abuse the free touch up policy system which I'm clearly not which is why I posted pics of all the dates. He injects me again and tells me that he is giving me 25 units (a whole new Botox set ) on top of the 15 he gave me the first day and the 5 he gave me the second time (so a total of 50 units ) which he said he cannot exceed because it could be dangerous. Well I dont want anymore , I just want my results !!!! I asked him why it didn't work on me. He asked me when the last time I had had it done and I told him a year ago in San Jose. He said some people just get immune to it (bullshit) . Anyways so after all this I sent in a survey they emailed to me and I answered saying dissatisfied and someone called me to follow up. I explained how I been in 3 times and the Botox didn't work. She said she would talk to doctor and get back to me and just never did. So now I'm out 200$ of my hard earned money (I work for tips basically as an esthetician) and trust me when the subject of Botox comes up between me and clients I make sure I spread the word about my bad experience here. I still haven't had a chance to get Botox redone somewhere else and I really wish someone would reach out to me and offer me my money back. So word to the wise .
If your an average joe , don't go..... because I heard a from a reputable surgeon in the area that he really only takes care of his celebrity clientele, and that he's a "businessman" *****update***** So after writing this review I was contacted shortly by Epion staff and was offered a full refund. My check came today and I'm happy that it was resolved however I'm still not sure what was put in my forehead so hopefully there are no long term affects. The injection site above my brows still looks somewhat raised to me not sure if that's my muscles . I actually look older than when I came in . They emailed me threatening me to take the Yelp review down so I did because they were threatening to sue me $500 a day for every day that I left the review up
