Im one of the many clients sismai and her "company" have stolen thousands of dollars from. We purchased furnishings for our home in the caribbean and after waiting months for it, we never heard back from them. After many failed attempts, she delivered some items and some were just completely different than what she sold us. We also over paid for items like a "custom floor mirror" which we paid nearly 3k for. Once it arrived we realized it was purchased in an online store for just $350! Nothing custom. We decided to cut all ties and hire a professional interior designer instead who assisted with getting rid of the cheap merchandise she sold us for "high end custom" furnishings. Beware, run as fast as you can!

On december 12th 2017, I paid in full for a piece of furniture. I was given a receipt and promised a delivery by the first weeks of 2018. It's been almost 6 months and I have not recieved the item. I asked for a refund and i was told yes but you have to wait 30 days. I doubt she will refund me.
All I can say is search the Miami-Dade Clerk of courts and search Epicoutu or Sismai herself and see the countless lawsuits she has been involved in. Thousands of dollars and the storyline is the same - takes 80% of money upfront and disappears. I had to hire another designer to finish our project (which was a blessing in disguise). After reviewing the inventory of what I already purchased through Epicoutu and trying to get her to deliver my merchandise or give me my money back, she tried to cheat me out of products and out of thousands of dollars.
