I could not afford to keep my membership because of financial hardship. I lost my home, car and my hubby was no longer working. I was charged three more times because my membership was not cancelled properly. It was unexpected and when I called customer care they could not refund my money for three charges on July 2, 2017 for $79.95, $25.00. $64.95 was pending on 08/07/17 and post 08/08/2017 leaving me and my kids forced to sleep on the streets. The same day I try to pay for a hotel it was declined due to abc financial unauthorized charge. It hurt so bad because I and my husband could not provide shelter or receive shelter for our family.
I called customer care at 1 800 897 6877 and the representative was not able to refund me anything. So I demanded yo speak to a supervisor Devon said he will investigate and review my account. My account was inactive but was not cancelled properly so he was only able to refund me $25.00. And tell me about another account I had cancelled at their downtown phoenix location. I was charged 3 more times for that account as well but it was cancelled in March of 2017. My account was inactive in May 6, 2017 but was unauthorized to be charged because of homelessness and insufficient funds. Yet they took my money with no cares to my situation or as a customer. My bill was due on the 27th of each month yet they charged it anytime they felt like. You guys are thieves and you know it!!!!
