Every month I would pay the $9.95 but apparently they were trying to run a credit card with a bogus number and charging me a $15.00 late for their attempt. The front desk never informed me of this mishap until it was over a $100 in pentalty fees. When I called to get this resolve their business plan is to give the Client the run around and not provide any customer service for people with billing issues. I even to offered to pay 6 months in advance if they took off the incorrect late fess, but they refused and instead threaten me with being sent to collections instead of working with the customer. Terrible customer service and who ever heard of having a 150% charge for a late fee. This is part of their business plan and how they rip off the public to make themselves more money. I am going to put a complaint in with "Consumer Protection Agency" and recommend anyone else that has an issue with EOS Fitness to do the same. Never received any billing notice in the mail or emailed to me, very poor communication from their front desk people and even worst customer service from the managers. People should never give a credit card to an outfit like this. They surely will overcharge you and beware on how diffucult it is to cancel. When you sign up, they make it sound easy but you have to give them 30 days notice and put it in writing. It is very diffucult to know who has the authority to do anything for you in this origaniazation. They are not custome orientative type company. Terrible experience!!

I was assured by a trainer at this facility that they would deduct 8 payments for my trainer I signed up for. He advised it would stop after the 8 and I wouldn't have to do anything else. I was told I signed a contract when I called that it was an open ended contract and I needed to write in and give 30 days notice to stop the fees. Until then, they would keep charging my checking account. Why is it ok for someone working for the company... representing the company... give me false information or not give me complete information. I told him that money was tight and I specifically asked him what I needed to do to cancel and made sure there would not be more than the 8 payments. This is VERY misleading. I was also advised that if the last payments were not made, they would not cancel my agreement and charges would accrue every 2 weeks after that. Just angry that I trusted the person helping me and I did not see it was an "open-ended" contract and I would need to give a 30 day notice. There was a TON of writing that was VERY small.

EOS = VERY MISLEADING, they don't care about clients... just making the $$$.

Hello, I visited the Downtown Phoenix location of EOS. I work across the street and I came to work out. I was then introduced to a personal trainer. The trainer sold me on a personal training package. The trainer informed me that I would receive 4 training sessions for 19.99 for the month of Febuary. My first training session was on 02/02/2017. I have not received a training session after as well as I have been in contact with my trainer on top of Visiting the location numerous of times trying to get help. My card is continuing to get charged after I have begged them to cancel both of my subscriptions. I keep getting the ru-around and they are adding more days as I was told today 02/17 that I only had 1 week after I signed up to cancel. This is so unfair and brings me to tears after I have been nothing but professional and just wanted to work out. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money as this has been the worse experience I have ever been in.

customer service/safety

I am a member at the Palm Springs California location. Our Zumba classes are held in the main gym as well as a small room across the parking lot.

The indoor temp has been anywhere from 76 to 79 degrees prior to the start of class. The other day at the end of class the temp read 89 degrees.

This is both abusive and negligent on the part of management to ignore the dangers that come from a room this hot. People becoming overheated,

dizzy and worse. The indoor temp of a gym should be between 68 and 70 degrees for it to be a healthy environment. This is not the case here, not even

close.

I have gone to management numerous times as have others, all to no avail. I was even told to attend a different class. As if that would solve this problem.

We live in the desert. It is hot here. To brush this off as though it were a minor detail is negligent. This indoor environment is not safe as is.

I have been given every excuse in the book as to why it is how it is. Bottom line, The Zumba studios are way to hot to be conducting a high impact class.

F.Y.I., upon entering these rooms the indoor temp is always between 76 to 79 to start. As I mentioned before, this is a high impact class not a yoga class.

This is my last attempt to try and get this situation rectified by going within this so-called" corporation." I will seek outside help if need be to ensure the safety

and well being of myself and others.

On or about July 6, 2016 I contacted EOS Fintess at Lossee Road in North Las Vegas, NV. We had two training contracts executed at the same time, one for my husband and one for me. I requested information regarding payment and was advised by a manager that we were all paid up on our contract and that no more payments were due on the contracts.

On July 27, 2016 $136.00 was taken out. I called the club and was advised by a manager, name unknown, that our agreement stated that the training session charge would continue on a month to month basis until cancelled. I believe this is in violation of contract law as there was no meeting of the minds regarding a continuing charge, and the contract clearly set forth the amount of payments to be made for the training sessions.

There was no mention of having to cancel to avoid automatic renewal of a training contract unless cancelled. I was advised by the manager that he would cancel the charges but could not refund the #136.00. He also advised me that he would cancel the other contract as it will also go to automatic renewal. I am concerned that the cancellation will not be efffective and our account will be charged again next month.

My Goldsgym membership turned into EOS fitness almost over night. We still used the facilities but were really not happy. I called the corporate office and tried canceling my membership. I thought it was done. I even faxed my request over.

The following month my credit card was charged. I called and asked the club and they said we were still active. On two seperate months following this conversation we received text alerts inviting us to join. We thought for sure they have received our request to cancel. The following month EOS fitness billed my card again. This time I disputed the charges, which have now been reversed since eos fitness did not respond to the investigation.

EOS fitness is still trying to bill us and calls at least everyday. We keep getting told to call the club directly, and the club keeps saying to call corporate office. We have done all of this. We have paperwork and text. So done with EOS fitness.

We would like to be left alone and our credit report reflect account is closed.

Card charged for $720 after the termination of training "subscription". Explained to me as three month training "package" when sold. When challenged customer service (or what little they have) explained that even with a finite termination date written 30-days notice has to be provided.

Additional customer service not provided.
