I purchased historical stock data but data is not updated , corrupt, unusable and company will not provide ANY SUPPORT.I contcated them via email at elast 20 times asking for help. Never once did they reply. They do not update the data, and the data they provide is not correct. They say that they will provide support with issues but never will respond to telephone or email.
I started doing research on these people and they have at least 6 complaints in the BBB and so many other complaints as noted on many trading blogs and trading sites are just as bad. It appears they are piggy backing their data collection from another unknowing data site.
So, what that means is that they are taking someone elses data gathering and linking to their website. It is done so poorly, without any professional expertise, and with disregard that the data is corrupted and useless. They claim to provide cutomer support but its a scam also. They will answer emails becasue it will incriminate themselves.
They are simply scammers that have being do this for years. If you do need histroical stock data , or any kind of data DONT USE THESE GUYS. They are criminals. They count on people just to give up on help and support request. They make huge, fasle claims as to being the #1 provider in the world, which is another false claim. Their business location is also questionable. A single suite in Chicago for claims of being the #1 data provider. As, far as their behavior and actions they could be funneling money to only who knows? They , should be investgated by law enforcement. Not if sure if theses people have buisness licence or US citzenship.
