As a service provider, our company has done multiple service calls for and on behalf of Envoy Facilities Maintenance. Their account has had a history of being past due on their invoices from our company. When this has happened, they eventually will pay to get their account re-instated with us. However, this time, Envoy has been unresponsive to our emails, phonecalls, voicemails, and certified letters.
They currently owe our company just under $2000 for services that were performed and even quoted, yet they are unable to get in touch with. It's possible that their company has gone under, which would explain the unresponsiveness. If that be the case, then service providers like our company will be better off without Envoy. And if they do still happen to be in business, then heed our warning, from one service provider to another...Avoid Envoy Facilities Maintenance at all cost.
They will eventually be so far behind in paying their bills or will unable to get in touch with in order to get a status of payment.
We documented a quote for a locksmith job for a Paper Source location in Cleveland, OH. The store was being switched over from a LFIC system to SFIC system. Several times we were sent over being told parts were on site, in fact, they were not. We finally told Josh we would provide/source the parts, and provided a detailed quote, and it was approved. This is documented. $590 total.
After work was completed, they decided to only pay $590, essentially ripping us off of our parts! We will likely have to wait 6 months for payment, to boot. Do not trust these clowns with your resources, as they will not keep their promises, commitments, or agreements.
