This is quite lengthy but I will try to shorten it as much as possible. I have EnvisionRXplus as my part D insurance. On Friday 2/09/18 I went to fill my pain medicine which I already had a pre-authorization for and was told by the pharmacy that I needed another one even though I just got it the month before and have a letter stateing it was good for 1 year. Since that day I have been calling them daily practically begging them to fix whatever error they made so that I can get my pain meds because not only am I in extreme pain now I am very sick. I have diabetes so now that I am so sick and in pain because I cant get my meds I am unable to eat so my blood sugar is horribly unstable now endagering my health. I mightbas well have been talking to a wall because still nothing has been done.
All I want them to do is fix THEIR mistake but it looks like Im going to have to get a lawyer envolved.
Maybe they will pay closer attention to them. However being on SSD even thats almost impossible. They need to be held accountable for mistakes like this because they dont care. I have dealt with rude CS agents, hung up on, put on hold for long periods of time, you name it I have probably had to deal with it when calling them. I would hope anyone needing a part D insurance would avoid them at all costs.
