Be an ongoing charge to my credit account. There is no number to discontinue product or return it I have lost my job and unable to have this money taken out of my checking account which is around 100 dollars
I ordered a trail size skin cream Karasa supposedly distributed by Kandi Burress. Once you confirm the cream for $2.95 S&H they automatically charge you for a free trial of serum, which is $4.95 S&H.
They charge you from the day you place the order, so there is no 14 day trial of using the product. On or about the 15th day they go back into your account and deduct $103 for another month of the cream and $109 for the serum.
Once you get on the site, their system will not allow you to order the cream as advertised for the $2.95 trial without ordering the unadvertised serum for $4.95. This is fraudulent.
In addition, if you have 14 days to try the products how can they incorporate the shipping time as part of your 14 day trial period? This is a fraud.
I saw this ad for this anti aging cream and it said free trial so i signed up. Little did I know that by me signing up for the free trial it was actually a subscription. I didn't realize it until i got my email from my bank that 103.00 was taking out of my account. And then a couple days later that same company tried getting 109.00 out of my account luckily i didn't have it in my account, otherwise they would have gotten that also. So i have been calling the company and they told me that If i returned both the item i recieved that they would sent my money back on my card.
So i sent both items back and yet still have not seen the money put back on my card. They recieved my items on 9/27/18. I also wrote them a letter and put in the envelope I sent the items in. I'm on a fixed income and have enough hard time without some company taking advantage of fixed income people. I cant afford to lose out on 103.00 that money was for my rent. I have seen where this company has scammed so many people out of money. This company doesn't seem to be an honest company. If someone can please help me get my money back I would sure be very greatful. Thank you
Envisage Skin Krasa I purchased a trial where you pay only shipping. I called and cancelled after 30 days because I could see no difference in my skin. They told me it was cancelled I then received two more shipments one month apart. 109.93 each time. I called again this am and they told me I cant ship it back and I cannot receive a credit refund. They said they cancelled this time and that I will receive paperwork within a week. I told him I can sure see why your company is receiving complaints and hung up! United States

I had no idea that 14 days later they would take 103.00 dollars from my account. I've had to request a new debit card n do without money for two weeks now so they can't bill me again! They're crooks n the product doesn't work!

On Feb. 2, 2018 my credit card co. notified me that there was possible fraud on my account and to contact them ASAP. When I called they told me there were 2 charges coming thru on my account. One charge was for $103.00 from Skin Nutrition and the other was for $109.00 from Biz Beauty Cream. The charge for $109.00 went thru. The charge for $103.00 was declined. My credit card co. suggested to try and resolve this issue first with the merchant and if I didn't have any success to call them back and we would file a dispute. (which i did) Even though there were 2 charges from 2 different companies there was only 1 phone number associated with the one product for $103.00 the product for $109.00 didn't have a phone number. Icalled the number she gave me. The man I spoke to about the charge for $103.00 said if I returned the product they would cancel my account. (which they did). So I asked him if he knew anything about the charge for $109.00 and he said "let me talk to my supervisor", when he came back on the line he said "yes, that is your other account". I said "what do you mean?", he said "you signd up for 2 subscriptions". Of course I argued and said all I signed up for was a trial offer. I asked him if I could return the other product and he said "no". I can only assume that because the company already got the $109.00 he didn't want the product back. I told him to cancel my subscription. (which he did) I am still out $109.00 and I am furious! I called my credit card co. back and i filed a dispute against them. How are companies like this able to continue in business? When I checked my credit card statement for the trial offer charge the $4.98 trial offer turned into $9.91. There were 3 different companies listed with 3 different phone numbers from 3 different states. There were no claims for charging for the full product price after 21 days nor a stated price for the product itself or that this was a recurring shipment. When I saw the charge of $109 from a company called "Care Business" I called the number attached. Customer service had a "British accent" for the recording and an "India accent" for the actual contact. They refused to refund me the amount for the Ilius serum and would not give me a Return authorization # in order to return it. The would only give me a refund of partial price if I returned the product. I was actually able to cancel the Krasa cream as they had sent that sample a few days later and I was in the trial period window. When I received the products, there was nothing but the product in the envelope, so it was impossible to contact them in order to call or email so that I could return the product Extremely unethical and frustrating.

When i get i find out that there going to charge me monthly 110.00 for membership i didn't know about and if i didn't send back they where going to bill 115.00 for a 1fl oz and a sample for another hundred and something dollars . clearly gouging people it doesn't even do what its suppose to. could not print out address label.if i can't send it back they think they can charge what they want and give me a membership and charge me monthly. ohhhhhh these guys are clearly ripping people off. I can’t repeat what I said but I called my bank to put a stop on the paymen. They couldn’t do a stop because of the fine print which I did not see. I had to wait until the transaction went through before the bank dispute department could get involve. In the meantime I got another charge, this time for $103.
No phone number worked, no email address available and out of patience. My wonderful bank got a number and got thru to them. I managed to get email verification of cancellation on both products and a 40% refund verified by email. You have to get real nasty! I do not trust them so cancelled my debit card.
Their customer service team number listed on the email is 1-855-746-0306. It is a pretty hard lesson

I was checking my bank statement and seen two different charges for $103 and $109. I never approved anything in those amounts. I called the bank first, they gave me the numbers to the businesses.
I called the first number and it turns out it was for the Krasa skin care cream. The one I tried to get a "free" sample of. The representative told me that the full size product was sent and delivered to me and I had 14 trial days to return it. I explained that I never received the full size or the sample size. He told me "I'm sorry you did not get the product, but we can only refund you 40%." I demanded to speak to a manager and was told that one would contact me in 24-48 hours and whoever I spoke to would tell me the exact same thing.
I hung up the phone and proceeded to the next number. It was for Envisage Skin serium or something like it. I never seen anything about it or requested a sample for it. Same exact thing. Full size product they said was delivered. Never got the product, they would only refund 40% and the manager who will call in the next 24-48 hours would say the same thing.
$212 for a product I never received and was refused a full refund.
