Glamour Environmental, Inc was the company that did an inspection on my property while my house was under Remediation. Ryan was my inspector on the visit and indicated that I would not be charged for his services. Ryan stayed approximately 15 minutes and did a few procedures but, relied on my Remediation company to provide him answers. I did not receive a report on my home or a follow up visit to ensure the mold was removed. I was later charged $1,245.00 for an unneccessary visit.
