I ordered what was supposed to be samples from them. I received skin cream and eye serum(which I didn't want) I paid the amount they asked for these. Today I saw they had charged over $98 on my debit card. I never agreed to anything like this. I called them and they claimed I knew I had to cancel or be charged . I never saw anything about that when I ordered

They are a big rip off and said they couldn't return my money.

It was not until the order was placed and popped up with confirmation that the terms of the order came through. After lengthy reading I realized that my credit card was going be charged $98/per 30 days for the items on auto delivery. That is when I realized there was no contact info on website. No phone number, no website, no email. My confirmation of order also did not have any contact info listed, no subject line and a hidden email that it was sent from. VERY SKETCHY! After 2 days of digging on the web I found this site with another complaint and a working number for Alesse to call and cancel the auto delivery. The other part of the scam is that you have to cancel within 14 days of placing the order. If I had not come across this website with other complaints, I'd still be searching on how to cancel the delivery.

I visited a web page that appeared on facebook. Got a call a little later offering a trial sample for for 4.95. I agreed, gave them my credit card information(first mistaske), there was no mention of future payments or fees. Rec'd the product, discovered that it contained an ingredient that I never use on my body, period as it is a carcinogen, sodium lauryl lactylate.

I intended to send it back when I had more money. My account had 7 cents in it, at the time. Now it has significantly less!! I had only had it for a week when I found a charge of $98.93 on my account that threw my account into overdraft.

I called to complain & they said that in the terms of agreement it said after 14 days, I would be charged $98.93 if I didn't cancel the order. The original phone call didn't state that. The online information about "the terms of agreement is at the bottom of the page, in very small print, under TERMS. Nowhere on the primary web page does it say anything about future charges. This, to me, is a scam as they know that you will not look at the bottom of the page for additional information. Since this is not brought forward up font & as part of the advertisement, it is a scam & fraudulent advertising & their way to get your money fraudualently.

When I threatened to report them to the BBB, she offerd half a reund. She had adamantly refused ANY refund to this point. then she asked if I had opened it. When I said no, she gave me the name & addess of the manufacturer & said that I could send it to them for a full refund.Which of course didn't help me with my overdraft situation today! I'm so tired of living in fear of constantly being ripped off!!! I live on a set income & can't afford this kind of problem of dishonesty & fraudulance!!

Company showed up on my Facebook page offering free trials of envie anti-wrinkle cream. Indicated it was a free trial and I would only have to pay shipping of $1.95. Did not order the eye serum but company said they would send me a trial for the same $1.95 shipping charge. No where on their advertisement did it say you were subscribing to an agreement to be charged full price if you did not cancel within a certain period of time.

After a few days, charges of $96.82 and $98.63 showed up on my bank account. Stupid me, I did not contact the company or complain to my bank. On October 2, 2017, received another shipment with same charges to bank account. Contacted said company and advised I would be returning the product and to please issue a refund to credit card account. Did not even open package. Their customer service rep said she would cancel any future shipments but would not accept returned product nor issue a credit to bank. Said all sales were final and no credit could be issued. This company totally did false advertising and fraudulent use of credit card. I plan on contacting my bank and see if they can reverse these charges. This company uses several different names and has 52 complaints. Consumer be ware.

Getting full refund.

I would have given a rating of "Zero" if it was available. It is possible to get a full refund but it takes perseverance. My review is lengthy but it tells how my wife and I are promised a full refund.

My wife responded to an offer for a free trial of Envie anti Wrinkle Cream expecting to being charged only a handling charge. When placing the order, she also agreed to receive a free second trial and pay its handling charge. Today, July 21, 2017, we received a second shipment of the wrinkle cream. Upon checking, I found that our credit card had been charged for two shipments even though we had never received any other shipment. My wife called Envie at 888-985-3495 and was put on hold. When an agent returned to the phone, she said hello, my wife said hello several times. Then my wife hear the agent say there was no one on the phone and hang up. My wife then called Alesse's number, 888-985-3525. Another agent answered and advised my wife that she had agreed for Envie to ship both products each month and accept the charges of $98.62 for one and $96.82 for the other. She advised that my wife had not canceled with in 14 days and that created a binding contract. My wife then asked me to come to the phone. I did. I was told the same thing my wife had been told but I told the agent that we were willing to return any product that we receive and we expected her to remove all charges from our credit card. She said she could not do that. I then told her I would contact my credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent. She then said they would contact her company, they would respond with evidence of their contract, and the charges would stand. I again told her I was going to contact my credit card company. She then offered a 35% refund and insisted we would have to pay the full amount if we refused her offer. I again told her I was going to challenge the charges and she then tried to explain contract law to me. I advised her I was an attorney and had been a judge for many years and she was free to try to enforce the so-called contract. She then offered a refund of 50%. We continued talking and she again revised her offer and offered a 75% refund. After a little more talking, she agree to a 100% refund. I asked for an e-mail conformation of her offer and she agreed. After concluding the call, I then called my credit card company and related the events to one of its agents. I was told it may take 15 days for the charges to be reversed and suggested I check back on August 6, 2017. I will do that.
