He's emailed musicians from phony Fashion Rocks, MTV Artists and Bain accounts claiming the artists will be part of an international tour. He also claims artists will get on HBO, and have a management and booking deal all for a fee of either 2,500 dollars or 5,000 dollars depending on the package you buy.
All the names and emails he uses are fake. You just have to call MTV, Bain, Fashion Rocks and HBO and they tell you it's phony. I'm just putting this out there in case artists don't think to call and get wrapped up in the excitement like I did.
There is no tour, you are simply giving them money to expand their scam, to buy more fake emails and fake websites!
My fellow musicians, it is tough out there...no one who is legit will ask you for 5,000 over email. Period.
