Enterprise Truck Rental Reviews
Enterprise's commercial truck division is renting cargo vans to many delivery operators across the country. Part of their revenue stream is to go after these renters by charging them over and over again for damage claims without ever even repairing the vehicles. They claim that the vehicle has been sold, run it through the auction and collect what is essentially fraudulently received "FREE MONEY". Fortunately their trail of deceit is so well documented and their regional managers have made so many mistakes that there is very damning evidence of the fraud that is being committed.
When challenged they threaten to disrupt a company's operations and therefore are extorting these fraudulent claim amounts from commercial customers. People are getting fed up and there are so many operators our there that the size of the class action will probably be in the 100M+ mark. It would be nice to see some of these regional managers also go to jail for their criminal fraud perpetuation if they are acting alone as well to send a loud and clear message to Enterprise truck division to reign in their fraudulent claim paractices immediately. Companies will be out to mitigate the tens of thousands of dollars already collected as part of this practice.
We currently have also received documentation from many operators demonstrating over-charging, duplicate charging, shortening contracts to create billable revenue, and double charging claims to two or more different renters for the same vehicle damage. These folks are as crooked as they come and their managers like to threaten to disrupt operations in several states as well as act as collection agencies for other divisions which tell us they are acting as one unit nationwide which seems to be sanctioned by their upper management given the lack of follow up regarding these practices even after being reported time and time again.
If I were Enterprise upper management I would call for an immediate audit of these practices and look to remedy the wrong doing as fast as you can say "class action fraud".
