I paid this company for use of their product until 4/2017 and now they are demanding that I pay them again. Enigma Software and associated esellers online have chaged me $69.99 to renew a $29.99 application called Spy Hunter. I immediately called esellerator and cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
They seemed to comply but will have to wait a week to get confirmation about the refund.
Egnima software renewed my subscription without my permission. I expressely told them from the start that I did not want my subscription automattly renewed. I would renew my subscription after six months if I wanterd. Well they withrew the supscription fee without my permission.
