SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is a joke. I had a very similar experience as the rest of these ratings. I bought a groupon in Jan 15. Before I purchased the groupon I called Carman (owner/boss) to discuss a few things in fine print. I asked how many treatments were included in the package and she told me seven, i then went on to ask if it went past the year mark when it expired would i still be able to get my 7th treatment and they said yes. I went in for my first treatment and when I arrived I had to pay the $25 additional fee that is not explained on Groupon and then I was told that appointment was going to have to me used as my consultation which they literally asked me if I had any questions and that was it...so I drove all the way to this crap hole for the lady to ask me if I had any questions and that I need to schedule my first treatment. My package originally started as under arms, Brazilian and upper lip. After my first treatment I realized they did not do my bikini line which is normally included as part of a Brazilian anywhere I had ever been before. When I went in for my next treatment they told me that was not included and I would have to purchase the bikini area separately,,,,my first thought was why would someone want a brazilian without their bikini line? DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! After a few of the treatments I noticed no difference at all. Each time I went it it was a different technician who did things differently. Also, I tried to schedule one of my sessions at seven weeks instead of eight since I was going out of town and they told me I would need to pay $50 to come early. Most laser hair removal places only require six weeks in between.
Throughout my year at this place, there were multple times it was mentioned to me that I shouldn't complain because I got such a good deal on Groupon and they weren't making any money off of me anyways. I am sorry, but I would think it was their choice to post on Groupon and they should not hold it against their customers for purchasing from Groupon. I am pretty sure they would be out of business if it weren't for groupon. On my second to last treatment they told me my next appointment would be my last but it was only my sixth treatment. They said since It was about to hit the one year mark I wouldn't be able to get the 7th treatment. Again, the technician mentioned that If I came for my last treatment and it would still be six which is good considering I got a good price on Groupon. I told her what Carman originally told me before I purchased the package and she told me I would need to contact Carman to discuss but as of that point I only had one more treatment. Let me remind you, I still saw no results at this time so I was a little frustrated.
I reached out to Carman as soon as i left and left a message for her. Waited three days and still did not hear back from her so I tried again. This time she answered and knew exactly why i was calling. She went on to tell me she never told me I could go past the year mark to get the 7th treatment. I started to question her about how one would get 7 treatments in one year if they only allow you to come every 8 weeks. 7 treaments x 8 weeks is longer than a year. She raised her voice at me and told me she didn't have time for this and if I wanted to go for my 6th treatment i could but that would be all I get. She told me obviously i was mad since she wasn't telling me what I wanted to hear but that wasn't the case at all, I was mad that she wasn't following through on her word. She told me since I didn't have anything in writing she would not honor it. How could i have anything in writing when she doesn't respond to any emails? To say the least I did not renew anything at this crappy place and the owner/boss is the reason this place sucks. She has the worst customer service and can't follow through on her commitments. Save your money and time and go somewhere that you will actually see results and feel welcomed.
