This is the email I sent on the 5th of January, 2019:
To whom it may concern: My order #2398 was confirmed on 11-18-2018. On 11-21-2018 you are telling me card charge is by HB Operations LLC and not to worry. Also on 11-21-2018 you tell me 90% of the time orders are sent out sooner then 2-3 weeks and you use 3 different carriers, UPSP, FedEx and DHL Express.
11-21-2018 and 11-23-2018 are exact same emails. On 11-29-2018 again you tell me who is charging on my statement ( HB Operations LLC ). 12-02-2018 you tell me my order should ship very soon. 12-17-2018 you tell me that I will receive a tracking number before 12-20-2018 so I would receive my shipment before Christmas. On 12-22-2018 you tell me you have a problem with your shipping carrier. REALLY?? You have 3....THREE carriers!!!! How would you have a problem with ALL THREE CARRIERS at the same time???
On 12-24-2018 you tell me my order is ready for pick up from USPS and due 12-26-2018. On 12-26-2018 you send me an email saying my order is on the way and to go to the "view your order" tab.... but guess what? it doesn't work because of problems on YOUR end. On 12-31-2018 (New Years Eve) you tellme for the last 10 days your company has been trying to play 'catch up' from previous orders. We are on the 5th day of the new year and I still have received NOTHING to show for my almost $500.00!!! What do you have to say for your sloppy handling of my orders???
P.S. Up date: On January 18th I receive another email that if I ordered before November 20 I should receive a tracking number very soon and not to worry as I did beat the Christmas rush. A few days ago I did receive one item that I ordered on the 21st of November 2018 and the 4 that I ordered on the 18th of November 2018 have yet to arrive or even a tracking number!!!
