There is no warranty on these motors! You will not get JAMES ROBY to anything about your junk motor, his intention when he sold it to you is to rip you off!!!! eBay knows he is doing this and let him change his eBay name once a month( so it seems)! All you have to do is look at his eBay ratings, it's not hard to have 0 as a buyer!!!! There is not ONE as a seller!!! He is failing now as a seller under the name hotrodcentral!
