I was introduced to Sandra Rose Micheals by a trusted friend. She claims to have invented a machine producing scalar energy that would cure my mother's cancer, leukemia in a matter of weeks. She sells the system in 4 units or multiples of that. She said I needed a 12 unit system to cure my mother's cancer. The total invoice was $62,000.00
I put a $20,000.00 cash deposit into her company bank account late January 2015. Sandra and her son, Michael were going to a conference in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico February 6-9, 2015 and said they could install it late February in San Diego. In less than 2 weeks I learned my mother was doing a major renovation in her home in March and the units could not be installed until the house was put back together., several months out. I put the system on hold. Soon I learned that Sandra does not have the education she claims and did not invent the machine.
I requested a refund and they have refused to return my money. They claim a "No Refund" policy. I learned that the Resident Agent for their Nevada LLC is not at the address listed on their LLC business filing. I tried to send a certified letter to their residence and it followed them through several addresses as they moved several times and was finally returned to me several months later.
I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Nevada and my case was referred to the Department of Business and Industry. They are currently being investigated by the Office of Consumer Affairs.
There is a law in Nevada that states if you have a no refund policy, then you must notify your customers before any money is paid. The EESystem website stated that refunds were available at that time if merchandise was in the original packaging. Of course mine was never sent to me or touched by me. The website now states, "All Sales Final". Fortunately we have screen shots of their website stating that a refund is possible.
