On April 11th, I ordered a pair of leggings after seeing an Enduraged Fitness ad on Facebook: Order 59435 LY004192663CN Patchwork Leggings On April 19th, after having not received a confirmation, I called the phone number listed on the Enduraged web site. The phone number is not set up to take calls; rather, it advises the calller to send an email to the [email protected] address. I sent an email to Enduraged on 4-20-18, and I was contacted by "Jericho” on 4-22-18, who provided this statement regarding tracking of the product: "We are doing our best to deliver your package to the location that you have provided. However, I hope you understand that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date within that estimated time frame due to the factors that are outside of our control.” I received the product direct from China on 5-6-18.I have photos which I will share, as they cannot be attached to this report.
The patterns for the leggings were cut incorrectly, the seams were more than 1” off, the legs weren’t the same length, and they were unwearable. They are literally the worst made pair of leggings I can image being produced. On May 8th (after Jericho received and viewed my email and the product), I was informed that he would send my email to the "advance team” (notice the lack of a "d”) to process a full refund. He also stated the refund process might take a few days. On May 14th, I sent another email, stating I had been 4 days without a refund or communication. The response from Enduraged was: "Thank you for getting back to us. Please give us few more business days as I'm still waiting for confirmation on our processing and accounting department. I should be able to get their response anytime soon and will surely get back to you as soon as possible with the refund.” On May 20th, after receiving no communication or refund from Enduraged, I sent the following email: "Tomorrow is the final day for you to have payment to me prior to me contacting the better business bureau and writing reviews and posts on all available social media sites.
It does not take weeks to send a refund. I am extremely disappointed in this company’s desire to focus on customer satisfaction. I will check my credit card statement at 5 pm EST prior to taking steps I’ve listed above. I have photos of the terribly made Chinese product, along with emails from your company. I won’t accept my additional attempts to make me wait.” At 1:45 am (emails from Enduraged usually are sent in the middle of the night, which may mean they’re based in China or the region) I received the following reply from Enduraged: "Thanks for getting back to us and we are happy to help. Consider it done! We have successfully provided a full refund in the amount of $27.95 for your order #59435. You should be receiving a separate email confirming this refund information to your email address at [email protected]. Please allow 5 business days/(5-7 business days for PayPal) to reflect the amount on your (bank/PayPal) account. Please let me know if I can do anything else for you today and I hope you have a great rest of your day!” I have given Enduraged ample time to complete a simple refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I believe they purposely communicate only via email to prevent customers from becoming aware of their poor practices and structure. I will update this report if I do receive a refund.
I ordered 3 pairs of leggings they only shipped one. I was charged over 68$ ...company said that the other items were lost in the mail and that they would send me another one, I ordered in Feb this is now April. I have yet to receive a refund for the difference. I have a complaint through paypal for this transaction.
Ordered 2 pair of leggings. Waited 4 weeks for shipment to arrive. Items came in bag labeled in Chinese writing. Website/facebook page indicates that company is operating out of Denmark. No disclosure that items are manufactured in China. One pair of leggings didn't have a label (Illegal per FTC). One pair had label but was wrong size.
After contacting company and indicating that one item was not labeled and both were wrong size, they asked for pictures to be emailed. They then asked if I would accept a 40% refund and I could keep the items instead of mailing them back to Denmark.
I replied that I would like a 100% refund and they could choose to pay for the return shipping or allow me to keep the unwearable items. The quality is horrific! The fabric is so cheap.
The pictures online are so deceptive. Please do NOT purchase these products. You will be unhappy with what arrives. I would never wear these items in public.
No matter what the company decides, I will be contacting the FTC to report the scam that this company is performing: Read the return section of their website. They state that they will not refund "sale" items. ALL items have "on sale" prices.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings size Med. After weeks they send 2 pairs size Small. There was no invoice or packing slip or any way to return or exchange. Cannot find a contact number or email to address problem. I am stuck with leggings I paid almost $50 dollars for and cannot wear.
I ordered leggings from Enduraged.com and after 2 months and numerous emails I still have not received my order and they have not refunded my money. I keep getting the run around telling me they are looking in to it. I get the same email response over and over. I have saved all of the emails. This company is a scam. Do NOT buy from them
