August 2015 I was scheduled to work a 5 day event in Spokane, WA. Instead, on the evening of the 3rd day, I get a call from the coordinator saying that the tour mangers said I couldn't keep up with the job duties. Absolutely ridiculous. The work was suppose to be fun, simple, and easy going. I don't know exactly what the tour mangers said to the coordinator, but it seemed like they gave her totally false information. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the tour mangers never even informed me whatsoever about what they didn't like about my performance. I was nice, easy going, and worked hard on my duties. I had my own little ways of doing things that made my work go smoother and apparently they didn't like it. All that needed to be done was for for them to simply talk to me about doing things a different way, and I would have stopped. Simple as that. I never harmed anyone. It makes me upset that tour mangers get away with things like this so easily and ruin brand ambassadors reputations. Even though I have been told that this will not affect my future work with Encor Nationwide, I don't buy it. I know I am on the bad standing list. I have worked with this company for 3 years and never had I been reported or had any such problems with them. I enjoy working with them, but now I'm just disappointed with thier performance.
