Hailee Handy identified herself to me and Melissa McWhirter she was a registered nurse. I just spoke with the Texas Nursing Board and they have no record of a Hailey Handy. Hailee Handy damaged my eyesight permanently by using a cannula under my eye with a product she had no
experience with. She admits on a video I recorded that she wasn't that familiar with the new filler. She admits on video she should have not been so aggressive with the procedure causing me to lose 75% of my eyesight in my right eye. I later undercover through medical professional doctors that she as a RN is not qualified to be using a cannula directly under the eye due to a very sensitive optical nerve. Hailee damaged that nerve and now I have permanent damage to that nerve impairing my vision in my right eye. After the procedure she presented me with a bill that was almost $6,000. I was shocked but paid it and even tipped her. Av week later I lost my eyesight. I offered to only get $4,000 back to be fair and on video Hailee agreed and showed me on the computer a refund but it didn't state my name or amount. Two weeks later I have not received the refund. I’m have texts from Hailee assuring me she did the refund and she said Square takes 2 to 7 days, over 14 days later and no refund. Hailee has ghosted me now. I should have been aware when I first went in, it's a new start up business. Very unhappy and very disappointed. I thought Hailee was an honest caring person, I see now she doesn't care, and it was all a front. Again, I'm deeply hurt, disappointed and forever physically scared from trusting Hailee. I filed a formal complaint # 2023120774 with the Texas Nursing Board . The Texas Nursing Board intake complaint fraud specialist advised me to file a complaint to the Texas AG's office to be criminally investigated for representing herself as a RN when she is not registered with the Texas Nursing Board with an active licensee to be performing medical procedures a RN is not even qualified to do. I have filed a criminal case with the Texas AG.
