I saw a trial offered for an eye cream and anti-aging serum. I think the ad implied that Jennifer Anniston used this product. The trial period included shipping charge of $5.95 and I did not receive any paperwork with the product-no invoice or receipt. My period started on the 8th of Dec. On Dec 22 I got a fraud alert email from my credit card, and then a phone call from them. It alluded to the charge being a "subscription". I did not recall any subscription I had gotten for $98, so I called in to the credit card company. I had no idea what the charge was for and requested the name of the product and a phone # for the company, which they gave me. The product names were Pie' ApinEye Cream and VLM* Sunay Face Serum on the credit card. I was sitting at my makeup table and the product name on both items was Encante-there was no mention of the 2 names on the credit card. The 2 products had 2 different phone #s.

I called the respective numbers and got an argument from the agent who answered the phone. They said I had agreed to the 14 day trial and it began on the day I signed on (not when I received it). That seems ludicrous to me-I do business with a lot of online companies and most of them have ethical marketing practice, ie, your return period starts when you receive the item, etc. The lady for the eye cream said it could not be returned, I had agreed to this, but she would extend to me her professional discount of $35 so I would only pay $65 instead of 99. I declined-the visa company had declined the charge due to the fraud alert, and I finally got tired of arguing with her, told her Merry Christmas and hung up. Then I called the # for the face serum.

That was a guy and he gave me the same company line. I told him I had used the serum a few days and got bumps on my chin, so had backed off and gone back to my previous cosmetic line, and the bumps had gone away-so his product did not agree with me. He said that was the retinol, blah, blah-however I use retinol all the time, I have not problem wtih it. I do have allergies and skin sensitivities so I suspect it was some of the plant extract stuff in the serum. This charge had gone through and he said I could not dispute it with the visa company because he had me on a recorded line saying I had ordered it, so it was not a fraudulent purchase. I reflected that no, what was fraudulent was their marketing, pretending that people actually got a 14 day trial. I also got tired of arguing with him, told him Merry Christmas and hung up. He called me back a few minutes later, said he had consulted with his "management team" and they would agree to me returning the product, gave me a return # which had to be on the outside of the package to get a refund. I sent it back today, with signature confirmationi because these people seem to be real weasels and I figured they would lie and say they never got it.

There are too many good cosmetics out there, and too many reputable companies and sales people to put up with this kind of nonsense. I will never again agree to a trial period so narrow- so pay attention people. Sometimes what seems like a good deal will only end up being a huge aggravation. People who are honest and selling a good product don't need to resort to threatening, strong-arm policies and the kind of argument I received on the phone.

Let the buyer beware!!!!

Scam still going on May 2016

I had exactly the same experience as all those listed above and below. Here we are 6 mos. later and no one has stopped them. Sham

Their ads say Trial offer not Free + S&H and no where until you get to putting your cc info in does it mention 14 days to cancel or you'll be put on their automatic billing cycle. Never, never give a free or trial offer your cc or certainly not your debit card for extra charges like S&H, you will be entering the black hole of fraudulant recurring debt. Don't put yourself on the ever growing "sucker" list with these skin products of ECANTE and others. Beware!!

Same Experience

What a joke this company is. Trial offer my you know what. It is a trial offer you pay $5.95 shipped to get and then after 14 days they put the charge on your credit card for $99.01 and $98.71. Like the write above, same experience, same exact wording from the representative that finally answered the phone - I tried on and off for 4 days, using 6 different phone numbers I could come up with and they finally answered 888-636-9023 which is the number I found to call for return authorization. Customer is not entitled to return after 14 days (which is basically over before you get the product). But after threatening to call the Better Business Bureau and hanging up on the guy, he called me back at the number I gave when ordering and offered a 35% partial refund on each item if I would accept that. Figured $69.19 back is better than being out the total amount of $200.

I agree with writer above - buyer beware!!!! And I will report them to my state Attorney General and local Better Business Bureau.

I saw an ad on the internet about Jennifer Lopez telling Dr. Oz about her skin care secrets. I respected Dr. Oz so I clicked

on the article to read it completely.

Ms. Lopez stated that she used EncanteSkinSerum and Eye Cream daily. She also stated that it was very inexpensive.

A free trial off of the products was being offered for $4.99 Shipping and Handeling for each product. I read through the

intire advertizment and order form and saw no stipulation that I was signing up to recieve anything but the one time trial

products, I also could not find a dollar amount as to what the product cost if I wished to purchase it in the future,

I recieved the product and have not been impressed so I was not going to order any more.

This morning I checked my bank account and there were two charges, each from a different company. One for

skin care for $98.00 and one for eye cream for $99.00. Neither says Encante on it.

I am very discusted with Dr. Oz and Ms. Lopez for allowing their good names and reputations to be used for this type

of scam. I would never have ordered the products if not for them as I have been ripped of before.

I feel that this type of business should not be allowed to use legal loop holes to rip consumers off.

I would not use this product now even if I loved it

Enchanted Beauty solutions, is falsley advertising. they lure you in by, agreeing to send you a trial product,

you pay shipping only, $4.00 and soon after, take $200.00 from your bankacct.

They do not tell you they will be doing this either. Ilooked at mt bank acct on line today and saw that

this company had taken almost $200.00 from me. that was my bill money, and now i dont have it!

I called them on the phone, and they refussed to give my money back.

I want the public to know that this will happend to them. a lot of us senior citizens are on a fixed income. and cant afford

this kind of thing.

I was on FaceBook & opened an ad about Jennifer Aniston & her beautiful skin. I ordered a trial for shipping & handling charge only, less than $6. I received the product and within 2 weeks my credit card was charged $99.01 for eye creme & $98.71for face serum. I called the company. They refused a return, they said another supply just shipped but would not provide a ship date or tracking number. If I agreed to "not dispute" the charges on my card for the original shipment they would refund my money for the 2nd shipment. This company is very fraudulent in its practices. I agreed because $200. Is better than paying $400. For product that does not work. I may contact my credit card company to get their input. Companies like this make me skeptical to order on line. I hope Jennifer Anniston discovers this & takes them to court.

DO NOT buy from this company

Everything you read about this shady company is TRUE! I also called to cancel my order. I thought everything was cancelled and then I received another package. I called to send it back and they won't take returns. I'm going to dispute the charges with AMEX. The Customer Service Supervisor was very rude. I'm going on every scam website that I can find to alert people to not do business with this company.

I ordered a 10 day trial of Encante Skin Serum from encanteskin.com. At the time of the order, I downloaded the Terms and Conditions to insure that I was compliant.

When I received the order, included in the package was a jar of Encante Eye Cream. I didn’t order this and thought perhaps it was an additional sample.

Prior to the end of the 10 day trial, I called customer support to cancel the trial. The Support Representative, extended the trial, agreeing that it was difficult in 10 days to determine the efficacy of a product. Prior to the end of the extension, I called back again to cancel the product and received a confirming email.

Upon receipt of my credit card statement, there was a $99.01 charge for Minx Eye Cream (?). I called the number listed on the statement and after a 28 minute wait, I spoke with Osmund, a Customer Support Representative. I was told that it was a separate trial and that I had needed to cancel this trial separately from the skin care serum. He offered to reduce the price and send me a free bottle of something. I told him I had never ordered the eye cream and didn’t want it. At that time he said there was nothing else he could do.

I told him I would contest the charge on my credit card and he said they would just contact the company and it was a waste of my time as the charge would be reinstated.

This is really is not about the Encante Skin Care products, but about their deceptive marketing practices!

Minx eye cream

I also sent for a serum from Valerian and received an unwanted jar of Minx eye cream--both for a charge of $5.95 each. Next, I found two 98.00 charges for these on my Discover Card. This is a scam and mine did not associate it with Jennifer Anniston but with Robin McGraw.

I am still trying to fight this with Discover.

On Oct. 12.2015 I ordered free eye cream for $5.95 shipping. Site shut off after I entered credit card. Assumed that site crashed and didn't give it another thought until the following week when I received a package with serum and lip plumper, no invoice or billing statement. Called my credit card, to see if they know what I was charged. On 10/12/2015 was charged $5.95 twice, once for URA eye cream from RI, and again for IZ face serum from OK and $39.97 for Ming eye cream from NM. I then cancelled card, requested new card, was assured no further charges from this company. Received credit card statement yesterday (11/23/2015) and saw another charge for $89.77 for CES Ura eye cream. Called Credit card to dispute. Today was on phone with Credit card dispute person and we called the company in RI since I did not receive eye cream. A person named Jessica said I had to pay to cancel further shipments, offered 35 percent credit since I have no eye cream, but have to pay the remainder of the $89.77 before I could cancel. Then we had to call Oklahoma for the serum, spoke with a Cynthia, who said I can not cancell unless I pay $98.71 which they charged on 10/27 but not yet on credit card bill. Had to pay with new credit card # before she would cancel "subscription". The $39.77 was for the Lip plumper (that I never ordered). I ended up being ripped off $200 for lip plumper, which was a tiny container, unsealed, with lid screwed on crooked and I would be scared to even use. $98.71 for the serum, that is sealed, but I did not order. And $89.77 (less 35 percent) for a non existent eye cream. I am very worried that somehow I will get further charges although the credit card dispute person put a block on all of them until 2/2017. This company has different branches under different names and numbers. This was an expensive lesson, I feel like I was robbed and held hostage because they refused to cancel unless I pay. Thank you.

I signed up for a "trial" of this skin care. I didn't realize that there was a 14 day notification time to cancel so I was charged the price of $99.81. The product does not work as described so I called to cancel. When I cancelled, I asked if another shipment had been made and Steve informed me that there was and when it arrived to call back to get a return authorization number to return the product and get a refund.

After I received the shipment, I promptly called back to get the return authorization number. I talked to Antoine who told me that he did not have a supervisor and he was the only superivsor there. He told me that they would not issue a refund even though Steve had told me earlier that they would. He also told me that he could stay on the line as long as it took for me to disconnect when I kept asking for his supervisor.

I then tried to call back again and talked to Hilda. She disconnected me. Long story short, this product does not work as described on the website for me and the company does not stand behind their product. Even though Steve told me to call back, they refuse to accept the return and refund my money. If this was a reputable company, they would accept returns. I have never dealt with a company that did not accept returns and the customer service is anything but.

After trial was received, I did some research on the Internet because the ingredients weren't impressive. I found on rip off report that there had been another complaint. The lady had said when she called she was on the phone 4 hrs and after there was a subscription for $90/mos. None of this was ever stated on the site! It only said "Botox in a bottle" and "no facelifts"! Etc... Immediately I looked for the phone # on the box. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. He was nice enough. Hard to understand at times.

He said there is a subscription now that you ordered the trial. I could wait until the day I ordered or send the product now and pay shipping again. I told him it wasn't on the site. He said it was. I didn't want to pay shipping again, so he gave me the exact date to call so I don't end up in the subscription paying $89.71/mos. I have to call on the certain date, one phone # for the eye serum: 877-494-1613, and another # for the face serum: 877-494-0812. Funny thing is, although the eye and face serum have separate #s, I must tell both ppl on each line it's eye AND face. Anna, Ripley, WV

I ordered a bottle of Enchanted facial serum for cost of postage . A couple of days later I

received a jar of eye cream which I did not order . There was no receipt in either package so I begin calling my bank to find out if there was any unusual activity and a charge of 98.71 was posted on 12/18/15. I had to cancel my Visa debit card and that has resulted in annoying non payment of various monthly debit payments, Netflix ,phone. I' m still waiting for my new debit card, so inconvenient especially at holiday time.

This company charged my bank account for over $197 for products I did not order. They said it was in the "fine print", which evidently was too small to show up on my iphone. Their sales representatives were extremely rude, argumentative and refused to stop talking when asked questions by me. They attempted to give me 45% refund, when I clearly asked and expected a 100% refund for products I never received or ordered.

I did make a complaint report to Better Business Bureau at San Diego, California. Hopefully this company will stop taking advantage of people's bank accounts.

I was offered a "free" sample with shipping only to be paid. I was charged $98 and $99. I signed no contract of any kind. I do not want to continue with these products but my credit continues to be charged.

  • Oct 21, 2016

I ordered a free trial of the product and they charged me for the whole product since i didn't call them back in 14 days to cancel under their terms and conditions. The terms and conditions were presented in a way that this information was not clear and up front. I would not have signed up for it had i had seen it originally. I feel i was taken advantage of and that the important information regarding the terms was not more up front and obvious. Even when the package arrived there was no reminder on paper about the 14 day trial period.

Thanks

Placed an order 8-13-16 for Encante Eye Wrinkle Reduction and Anti-Aging Serum, received 8-16-16, didn't use it right away, but when I did my eyes got puffy and swollen and a rash appeared on my face after using it twice, I quit using it and waited for it to clear up. I called the company 8-27-16 to explain what had happened and I was told I evidentently was not using it properly, I was told I owed them $98.00 for what I ordered, but I didn't order anything. I told the person on the phone I couldn't use the trial sizes and I needed to send them back, I was told that my 14 day trial was up and she still kept telling me I owed them money. I started screaming to get my point across, but finally hung up on her. She had the gall to call me back a few minutes later and left a message that I could call back and make the payment I owe for $98.00 or they would have to send to collection for payment,(for product I didn't even order).

RIP OFF!

I saw the ad with Dr. Oz confirming that this was the BEST skin care out there. I decided to give it a try and thought that spending $5.95 for shipping wasn't too bad. Well, when I clicked on the product I wanted (just the skin cream) they also checked the eye cream which I didn't want to order.

It took me a while to uncheck the eye cream.

I called the phone number given and told them that I didn't want the eye cream the next day. They told me to just send it back when I got it.

A few days later, I got the eye cream and. . . put REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER on the package which the mailman picked up the next day.

It's been a week and I have yet to receive the Encante skin cream so I called today to explain to them that I did get the eye cream but not the skin cream. The girl put me on hold until she checked their records. She came back and said that BOTH the creams were sent to me and they show that

they WERE delivered by the post office. I tried over and over again to explain to her that I did get the Eye cream but not the skin cream and I did

exactly what I was told to do. . .send the eye cream back. The girl argued with me that BOTH the creams were in the package that I had returned.

I again explained to her that I returned only the Eye cream which is what it said on the package. She again angrily told me that BOTH creams were sent to me. She asked if I wanted to get the skin cream sent to me again? I told her NO forget it. I asked her what the $1.99 charge on my bank statement was for? it was referenced as COVINGTON CREAM which I did NOT order! she told me that this was the charge for insurance of the products they sent me. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THE CHARGES ON THE ORDER! I told her I wanted my money back... ALL $13.89 of it! she told me that there were no refunds on what I ordered as the merchandise was "FREE" and all I paid was for the postage and handling. I told her I wanted to speak to her Supervisor. She said I'm sorry but you did get your order completed. There is no refund. We are open.... and she gave the hours. She kept repeating this several times and then hung up on me.

THIS IS A SCAM people. . . .there isn't even a website that you can complain to! Dr. Oz should be ashamed of participating in this scam and telling people how good the product is. He obviously did NOT do his homework and at my expense, "I" am out $13.89 for this scam! Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews because I thought if Dr. Oz endorsed the product, it must be good. DON'T EVEN TRUST DR. OZ!

Incidently, the website given that I found by looking (www.encanteskin.com) comes up as NOT FOUND! Needless to say. . .I am very upset!

When I received my Visa card andnoticed billings for $99.01 and $98.71 from a company I had ordered a trail sample of a eye cream and and anti Aging cream. I had read all the request for ordering these products I did not see anything about a continue billing or billing for these products above the agreed amount of $5.95 per item. When I called the company they would not listen as one my questions concerning a 14 days trail sample. I said there was only 16 days between the placement of the order and when you billed me. THe man would not say anything but read from what i call a script. There was also no information provided in the box with the items and the man on the phone said they never provide information. At the end he said I woulod get a full refund and later he called and said I would only get a partial. I had also called 877-494-1613 and talked to female at the eye cream number and she said I would get a full refund.

  • Aug 3, 2016

This was a Scam! Thier goal is to trick you into a free trial. They claim the only time you see the agreement is in the Terms and Conditions, that you click as you're putting in your credit card info. I knew it had to be too good to be true! When the original shipment arrived I scoured the invoice to look for that small print. The only thing on their invoice is a statement; "Thank you for your order, We hope you enjoy your purchase. If you have questions, do not hesitate to call." Turns out you only get 14 days and if you don't cancel and return the product they charge you an additional $200.00 to the shipping cost that you've already had to pay! Then they have the nerve to send another shipment! At that time when you call to inquire and you find out that you've been scammed, they'll offer you a deep discount to just keep the current shipment. So, all in all you end up spending just under $300.00! So disappointed that this is what the world has come to. Dis-honest people scamming one another! God will get you all one day, but boy I hope a lawyer gets them first!

  • Jul 20, 2016

They tell you it is a "free" 14 day trial, just pay shipping. If you try to cancel before the 14 days are up, they tell you there will be a restocking fee along with other fees and you can't call to cancel until the end of the 14 days. I called on the day they told me to and was told the next shipment was already billed and in the system so if I still wanted to cancel after that, I needed to wait a few days until that order was processed.

Two weeks later when I called to cancel and check on where my product was that I had been charged for, I was told that charge was for the product i received in my "free" trial. I tried talking to a supervisor but the only thing I got from him was that he would give me a 25% refund as a "courtesy" but since I didn't call within the 14 days (I did) that there was nothing else they could do. When I said I had called I was told nothing was noted in the system. Their way of scamming you for payment.

The online ad is using celebrity "testimonial photos and statements of endorsements that are bogus and cannot be confirmed as true to the source and therefore misleading. Please dont allow yourself to be duped. This company is making a fortune from idiots like me who are looking for solutions in all the wrong places... suspicious but gullible. Clue:There is no such invention or product that is an "anti aging serum" as it is far more aging and stressful to receive the surprise of exorbitant charges for a cream and serum that they will not allow you to return to the manufacturer with full refund within 30 days of receipt. By the time they ship and you receive it you have about 8 days to try it out and call them to cancel within that time. Call your credit card company immediately as soon as you order this and enter a request to have any charges cancelled or stopped. The contents are mostly water and glycerine with tiny minute amounts of ingredients that in such small quantities are ineffectual within the " trial period".

Be a smarter consumer than I was. This company is hiding from the public and wont publish its founders names or address so unless you have a team of cyber detectives who can trace the website to its source ownership...and go from there...its not worth your time of peace and joy but to immediately stop payment in advance of the end of the 14 days.

  • Mar 4, 2016

Skin care products claimed to be endorsed by Dr. Oz and Jennifer Lopez. The products were advertised as an anti aging miracle product for skin and eye wrinkle reduction cream. Neither product provided any visible results after a week of use. The face serum was very watery and did not absorb into the skin. The eye cream was very thick and hard to apply in the eye area where a cream should be very light.

After trying and seeing no benefit I contacted the company where I was told that they offer NO guarantee on either product and therefore there would not refund any money, additionally I asked where to return the products and they stated they don't accept returns. The represenative was rude. I will dispute the charges with the credit card company however I hold out little hope that my money will be returned.

My advice is don't fall for these blatent lies (as I did) used by companies to sell overpriced ($90/each) products that provide no visible skin results. I only wish the celebrities whose names they are using (every day its someone different J Lopez, J Anniston, Ellen, Dr. Oz) would sue these unethical business that prey on consumers. Don't purchase the encante products you could use the $200 to try every product from the drug store or a couple from the department store and receive much better results.

  • Mar 2, 2016

I agree to the Terms & Conditions andPrivacy Policy that I will be billed $5.95 now for the S&H and if I don't cancel within 10 trial + 4 shipping days, I will be billed the full amount of the first product I receive of $99.01. I will then be billed $99.01 for a new 30 days supply each month until I cancel. To contact Support, please call 1-877-494-1613 to cancel my subscription.

SCAM

I found an ad for their beauty cream, just like everyone else did. The website said NOTHING about it being a subscription or having to send back a trial. I checked because I know there are scams out there. I paid the $5.95 for shipping. I received no email, no invoice, nothing that said this was a trial that had to be returned or canceled. I did not have to read any terms and conditions, because I LOOKED for them to see if it was a scam before giving them my credit card # for the shipping.

They are deceiving the public and running a scam. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and my credit card company. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. This company should be shut down.

Post Reply

I saw an advertisement for 2 free items from"Encante." One was a face serum and the other was a eye cream. The advertisement said you only pay $5.95 each for shipping and handling. I thought what the heck, they were free and some big star was promoting it. There were pictures of women taken before using the product and then weeks later after being on the cream and serum. It was very dramatic. Exactly 2 weeks I was on line looking at my bank acct. and I saw these 2 bizzare charges ,one for $99.01 for,UMSMINTEYE #1-855-426-5153 which I found out later was for the eye cream. The other charge was for $98.71 for TTTHISFACESRENONV #1-855-237-6344 which I later found out was for the face serum. I thought someone had gotten hold of my visa numbers so I went to the bank and showed them the charges which immediately called the fraud line and they traced it to Encante. I was furious! On the advertisement there was no mention of being charged the full price in 14 days and especially no mention of autoship! All I knew was that I was getting 2 free items and paying for shipping and handling. The next day I called and spoke to the office manager and told him about my fraudulent charges and he did everything but laugh in my face. Talk about rude and poor customer service folks, this is the place to go. He told me I new what I was doing when I bought the 2 items and about the autoship and I told him it was not on the advertisement. If it was, I would not have bothered with any of it. He said it was all my fault and laughed when I demanded my money back. I said you guys are crooks and your company is fraudulent. I told him I was going to turn him into the BBB and then suddenly he put me on hold. He came back saying we can give you back 35% of what you paid and that's all we can do. I accepted it, it's better than nothing. I am going to have to get a new visa card because I do not trust this company. I am still going to turn them in to the BBB because they are crooks and they need to be stopped. It's sad that they have conned so many elderly women and they depend on their social security checks to live on, only to be scammed hundreds of dollars that they can't afford to lose. If every one would be proactive who have lost money, we can get these losers off the web. Besides, their products are CRAP !!! You can go to any CVS or WALGREENS and buy similar products for what I simply paid for the shipping costs! I'm warning all of you, STAY AWAY FROM ENCANTE!!!! They are rip off artists at their best. I see dozens of complaints for the above mentioned merchant, what is being done about how they trick you into thinking your getting a sample then end up getting charges for a subscription? Obvioulsy a sample is just that, a sample.

Upon discovering two charges, $98 and $97 on my debit, I called them only to be talked over, yelled at, put on hold, and interrupted. I asked her not to put me on hold again to which she responded, "Oh I will" and when she thought she did, I could hear her talking to someone and say "She's in so much pain, she says she going through a hard time (1. Not true, 2. Those subjects never even discussed) I said to her "I can hear you talikng to someone about a conversation that has not taken place" She says "I was talking to myself", weird. She continued to talk over me and put me on hold, this time with music for my enjoyment.

With all these complaints, what is being done? Please advise.

After completing an online survey, the "free" prize was 2 skin products guaranteed to remove wrinkles. $11.90 was charged for shipping and handling. Today I discovered the company, Encante Beauty Solutions, charged my account $197.72 for these "free" products. I called the phone number listed on my account and asked for a refund, as I don't want the products. I was told I had subscribed to have the products sent every month, but could cancel the subscription. I insisted on a full refund, but was told they would refund only 35%. When I said I'd contact BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency, the man said if I did, they would not refund anything. This is a Ripoff scam!

I had the same problem as everyone else who complained. They charged me full amount, $98.71 & $99.01 for what was allegedly 2 @ $5.95 products, claimingI had agreed to a monthly plan. Not so.

I am a senior with limited income and would never spend that amount.

With my credit card agent listening in, who found their unlisted phone number, I spoke to two of the rudest reps ever, --Chris who told me me to "take it or leave it" when I protested 34.65 +$34.54 credits and hung up on us. Then we called back and spoke to a manager, Liz, who swore at my credit card agent.

We again called and recieved an additional $14.81 and $14.85 credits, but according to them I still owe them approx $98.00

We called back again and again Other names are Violite Face Serum, Bintieyecream "our call was important to them" but they never returned calls. Here is their number 855-308-0261.

Encante Skin Care Scam 866-721-1989 UT MTM*PAAIEYECREAM MTM*PAA877-525-6133 UT FACESERUMASTI.ORG FACESE877-840-2508 UT TRINITY FACE SERUM P SCAM ALERT STAY AWAY FROM THIS Who knows they won't tell you

Steer clear of this company and their shotty business practices. They have the nastiest people in customer service anwering the phones refuse to put supervisiors on the line will not give you their psysical address will not let you return the product.

Your trial starts the day you order so your not even getting a full 2 week trial. They deceptivitly charge your card if 98.71 for one product and than again for another 99.01 totalling of 197.72 reoccuring until you cancel.

They mock you and ask if you know what a trail is, keep you on never ending hold, than disconnect your call. It's a tactic to get you so agravated that you don't call back for your money. My advice ......Keep Calling!!!!!

Long story short, after all the back and fourth, I was only able to get them to refund 75% and was burnt for 50.00 + the $ for the trials 5.95 + 5.95 the charges show up on your card with all different company names and phone numbers. When I logged onto my back account I saw that one charge had gone through and the other still pending. I called my bank and cancelled my card out completely so they could get to the other 99.01

My advice it to get them to refund you and beat them at their own game if the second charge has not gone through call and cancel your card immediatly.

Your refunds will still go through but no more charges associated with the card number you used will go through or be accepted. So at the end of the day an hour of unnecessary aggravation I was refunded approx 150.00 + the 99.01 they are not able to get out of my account which is now 249.01. So who lost me or them????

You have to be creative, think outside the box and really beat them at their own game. I think I was lucky that the 2nd charge had not been processed. They don't care if they have your electronic signature or not which should not give them permission to charge my card or yours in the first place.

Word to the wise, stay away from these dirt bags.

Ordered free trial of Encante skin serum and eye cream, yet it really was not free as they charge you 5.95 for each product. Received order yesterday and charged today $99.01 and $98.71. Called the company to cancel and get a refund on what they charged since I haven't even been able to try product. All Mike at Encante could say, was I will cancel but can not give your money back. He continued saying that the trial started when ordered. He was very rude. This seems to be a big scam just to get consumers money with out giving them an opportunity to even try the product.

My wife was Scammed by them too!

I have my phone setup to alert me to any Bank Card Transactions over $1 and 5am this morning I woke up to my phone say "Alert - Bank Card Transaction". So I woke up my wife (because I didn't recognize the retailer) and we clicked on our bank card email alerting them as a FRAUD ALERT. My wife said it sounded like some face and eye cream from ENC-SERUM Encante Anti Aging Serum scam and ENC-CREAM Encante Eye Wrinkle Reduction scam. She called our banks fraud department first and later she called them this morning. They did not send the additional product out because our bank stopped payment. Then she called them and you have to cancel within 14 days...she barely received the so called "trial" product btw. This is obviously set up to deceive people and my wife says she feels stupid. I told her it's not her, unethical "companies (scammers) set these things up to deceive people. Everyday somebody trys a new scam (email, phone, text, in person (disgusting slim balls)!

They won't give you number to call and if you try to dispute it they hang up the phone.

Want to warn everyone about a scam business, Encante Skin serums and Creams on-line with a Santa Ana, CA location. Tried a sample for $1.95. When I applied it redness, itching and breakout occurred. Was alarmed! Three days after receipt of it I called and told them to take me off their list. An argument ensued and I thought that was the end of it... Until on 12/18/15 they charged my credit card with $98.47. Called them once agan and another argument.. Told them they had been contacted and asked to STOP a month earlier. They said all they would do is reimburse me 35% for the product. I have disputed it with bank, but its going to cause many problems in the next weeks. So, save yourself the trouble and don't go near this company. Also, I've discovered this is the same company that "claimed" Dr. Oz endorsed them, which he did not!!!

  • Dec 21, 2015

I had purchased Excante eye and wrinkle cream. Then later on i received another eye and wrinkle cream which I had never ordered. I called Encante and told them i did not order this they said i should have cancelled 7 days before order was due, I never saw a disclamier at all. Then I told Encante to cancel this products on November 18 2015. Today December 19 2015 I have again received eye cream whic again i did not order and as i said was cancelled on November 18 2015. Please help to take this company off the internet and put it out of business it is a total rip off.

  • Dec 12, 2015

DO Not do business with them they will auto charge you 100 times what you authorized and will not do right by cunsumers it baits and soaks for hundreds of dollors. I have nothing no email no mail no package nothing the only way I knew about this was going to check my credit card account and was floored.

This company charged my credit card 197.72 plus two charges of 1.95. When I called they did not need toverify anything they had all my information and claimed to have an IP address that I ordered and recieved and that I agreed to a subscription for this amount each month. I never ever do that on any of my cards excluding my insurance company that I can drive down to.

They refused to reverse the charges and since I had not recieved anything said they were reshipping eventhough I said NO.

I had to call two numbers and both Matt and Savi could not even tell me where this company was located. I have disputed with the credit card company but we all know how that goes. Matt said I had more than one computer I do not. I have had the pc I am on for over six months and when he gave me the web address it came up error 404 then he had me remove part of it and it came up but was not in my history prior to this, odd considering I do keep history.

I have changed my credit card number and hope Capital One will stand behind me eventhough they claim they have all this proof which they will not send to me at all. both reps refused to send me this so called proof.

The reps do not know where the compnay is but in California no address known. when I said this isnt how we do things in texas I was told "ohh what covered in BBQ sauce" No h*o full of HOLES....

Good luck getting your credit card cleared if you have made it here. I have been charged with charges not authorized and no product. PS the first man who answered my call said he was a manager and there was no one at all above him.

Encante is a scam to get you to order a "free" trial of their facial serium for $5.95 and send you another product with it(choco eye cream) and charge another 5.95 (separately) even though you didn't ask for it.

Their fine print says you have 14 days to give a review and return the product and they hold you to the 14 days even if you do not receive it in the mail within the 14 days at which time they charge your card for the full amount of the product. The clock starts ticking when you agree to paying online. I received mine 10 days later so 4 days is not enough to try it to see if it works. This is one part of how they scam you out of your money.

They also automatically enroll you in a monthly automatic order in which they hit your credit card 14 days after you place your free trial order for 98.71 so by the time you can even call to dispute or cancel the order, they tell you very rudely that you are too late and keep talking over you, telling you that you should have read the fine print or what they call their terms and conditions. She all but told me I was stupid.

The second part of their scam is they also charge you for their "choco eye cream" which you cannot find on their website and charge another 99.01 to your credit card for that automatic enrollment.

When you call to cancel the serum, you are told they don't have anything to do with the eye cream and will have to call them separately to cancel that order as well. Whoever "them" is. I had to go to my bank account to get the numbers off the transactions and sure enough, it is the same company and ironically when I cancelled both after being treated so rudely, I received the same confirmation number for the cancellations. When I brought this to her attention, she said she didn't know what I was talking about.

Stay away from this product. I'm still amazed they are getting away with it and I'm upset at myself for not checking into it first before ordering. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved and have disputed the charges with my bank which they have already requested a refund from the company so we will see.

  • Dec 7, 2015

I have cancel this product twice with them and they continue to take money from my account. They tel me that I have never call them to cancel and I know I have call to cancel. I have proof where they have taken the money out and put back in and taking out again.

Was an offer on the internet for Encante, trial offer for shipping price of almost $6. I went to leave the page not interested in losing that much money if fake. Then was offered for $2 shipping. Ordered it for the reduced shipping price.

It was sometime before I recieved it. But shortly after ordering they deducted almost $100 from my checking account. This I did not find out about until I got my statement the first of the month. It was not even 14 days after my order.

I got on the phone with them and I will agree. They are very rude. They would not accept me sending it back (never been opened). After some argueing with them, graciously offered to refund me 25%. I told him no way was I paying almost a hundred dollars for something advertised as free on the invoice.

I hope something can be done to stop this guy from his stealing our money.

Great Scam Artists - Encante

My wife wanted to try a TRIAL sample of the Encante products defined as "Face Serum" and "Eye Cream" for the simple cost of $5.95 shipping and ordered two products on November 5, 2015. We finally received the products in ONE package which also included a "Lip Plumper"; an item that was not ordered, we were charged the $5.95 for EACH product though it came in the same package. The trial sample turned out to be a total scam and rip off when you do not read the fine print of the terms and conditions. Anyone ordering the trial period must then cancel the full order within 14 days. To cancel the product you must call THREE different locations to cancel, otherwise you will be charged the FULL amount of the products: Eye Cream - $99.00, Face Serum - $98.00 and the unsolicited Lip Plumper - $39.00 for an approximate total of $236.00. When you call each of the three numbers (which I understand is the same company with three different names), you can expect to be on hold for, at least, 20 minutes on each call. The calls are obviously designed to stall any contact with the customer, and the customer service representatives are very quick to refer the customer to the terms and conditions when the order was placed. I would NOT recommend ANYONE ordering ANYTHING from ANY one of these "companies" selling Encante, Face Serums, Lip Plumpers, or Eye Creams. TOTAL ripoff which cost us over $236.00 for not reading their terms and conditions. Totally unethical. Mike

Encante Skin Serum and Eye Cream: Free 14 day trial starts when you order the product. They immediately charged my checking account on 11/16/15, but the product doesn't arrive until your trial period is half over. There is no order confirmation, the "receipt" is not a receipt so much as it is a typed out note saying what you are receiving. No order number or any information that you can use to identify yourself when cancelling any further product. I emailed and called. Person working for the answering service couldn't find my order so I couldn't cancel. Sent an email to cancel both products. Haven't heard back. They advertise 24/7 help. This is so shady and downright crooked.

I have never seen a scam bigger than this. I went to to the website to order a free sample of the Encante face serum & after I put in my order info and went to check out, a web page came up for a dating site. I tried to order my free sample again thinking I pressed a wrong button but the same dating site came up again.

I received no conformation via email that the order was placed with a shipment date so I assumed the order was not placed. I tried again about a week later and had no problem placing an order for the free trial of the face serum which took me to the eye cream order for an additional $35.00 which I agreed to pay along with the $5.95 shipping from California.

Next thing I know, there are 2 charges on my credit card for $5.95 shipping fees for shipping of the free trials I never received, 1 from TX. and 1 from OR. I called the phone number listed on both charges on my credit card (1 from Mi and 1 from Tx). I tried to get these charges removed and was told that those were shipping charges they were not responsible for. Then I get a $99.00 charge on my credit card from MI (where I never received a free trial from) and called and spoke to 2 different Reps in Mi & tried to explain the situation. They were so rude and did not understand that the sample I received was not from their area.

They finally did offer me a 30% refund, however, I still owe $65.00 for a product that I have not even received!!!!

On Nov. 20, I was looking at email messages when I clicked on a photo of Princess Kate & Prince William. Caption claimed Princess Kate was promoting Encante Anti-Aging Serum. I clicked several more times on this article & decided to use their Free Trial. What a mistake!

Their ordering page was designed so the Free Trial could Not be ordered without clicking on an additional order. Despite my efforts, the only way I could leave that page was to click again---which ordered a lip plumper. When I attempted to contact their office, no one answered. I tried sending an email to customer support. On Monday, I will again attempt to contact them & cancel the unwanted lip plumper.

  • Nov 19, 2015

I clicked on a 14 day trial. I do not have any kind of a contract as they stated on the customer service line when I called. They will only send a partial refund on the Encante Serum and do not want the product back. The Eye wrinkle reduction cream is now final sale, but that was not mentioned in the order process. There will be no refund issued to me and they would not allow me to speak with a supervisor. I had to call 2 separate phone lines for each product and both people were extremely rude and condescending. I was able to receive a cancellation email. Do not try these products. They are junk. Oil of Olay is way better.

  • Nov 16, 2015

I replied to a free trial offer (just had to pay shipping charges) from Encante Skin Serum & Eye Cream. When these high charges appeared on my VISA account, I called and was advised since I didn't cancel this "subscription" in so many days I would be charged an ongoing amount on my VISA. I was never advised of this and could not find that on the internet offer. This is a real rip-off! Terry, Holmes, Pennslvania

Encante Skin Care

Order only one face serum and face cream online and recieved my item's. Then somehow recieved same products withOUT my consent and was charged double when i never agreed for a second batch and then try to contact the company that stated a contact number specifaclly to return item's. I contact that number and spoke to a REPRESNTATIVE who was very rude we were on the phone for 20 mins and told her that this number was listed on their web site to return item's and she said that you can return items and that their was no way going about retunring and when i asked to speak to her SUPERVISOR she said their was no SUPERVISOR and somehow she tricked me in terrbile deal to settle it by only get small fee in return for what was $100.00 ANYWAYS THE POINT IS SHE LIED ABOUT SAYING THEY HAD NO SUPERVISOR AND I HAD MY DAUGHTER CALL FOR ME FOR SAME ISSUE AND SHE SAID THAT THEIR WAS A SUPERVISOR ON SIGHT AND THAT THEIR WAS A WAY OF RETURNING THE ITEM.

Enchante Skin Serum is a rip off. They say that they are giving you a 15 day trail for $5.95 shipping. They then turn around and bill you $98.17 for there product 15 days from the date of order. That is not a 15 day trail; as you have not even had the product for 15 days, when they bill you for the product you received as part of there 15 day trail. Then they send you another bottle a month later and bill you another $98.17. When you call they say no refunds. They say that you agreed to all of this by agreeing to there 15 day trail. There is nothing on there packaging saying any of this or stating that they will be billing you for the product at the end of the 15 day trail, nor is there anything stating when the trail begins.

They say that you agreed to receiving there product once a month after the trail and you agreed to a no refund policy. I did neither nor was there any buttom for me to click on stating that agreed to there terms and conditions. If I they had been upfront with this a spelled in out clearly I would not have ordered there product, This is not a trail of there product. It is deceptive sales practice on the internet. If this company was Upfront and not using deceptive sales practices they would have a refund policy and not rip off there customers. A 15 day trail would truely be a 15 day trail. Not a way to ripoff the public. Cindy
