Enchanted Eye Wrinkle Reduction and Beauty Collection misrepresented their Trial Only offer and sent multiple orders recharging my cats. They will not take the products back nor reimburse me for this ripoff product. Do not buy these products! And they Don't Work. Leslie Oakland, CA.
When the skin cream or eye serum sample they sent me caused me to break out in a rash, I called and asked to return the item for a full refund. They refused, even though their ad said "100% guaranteed" and that I could return any unuseed portion within 60 days for a full refund.
I cannot find an address, and they wouldn't give me one. They also would not send me a return label or confirmation of my call.
Apparently this product is being hyped under a number of different names. The ad in each case is very similar.
Ecante adverties an anti-aging serum and eye serum for a free trial and paying just $5.95 shipping for each product. No where in the ad does it mention it's only for a 14 free trial. After that your credit card is charged $99.01 and $98.71 a month for these two products. I called and they cancelled my subscription but they wont refund my money. This company is the biggest rip-off. They should be tried for credit card fraud and prosecuted. It gives new meaning to the term "Buyer beware".
I had found this on the internet while online as a typical pop up advertisement. I visited the site and determined that for the price of shipping, it was worth trying. When I saw the phone number listed for the product on the free trial I made a point of writing it down in the event I wanted to cancel in the time given. When I decided to cancel the membership within the time alloted, I couldn't find the number so I went back to the trial site and found the number after entering my sister's information to where I could see the phone number again. Once I got the number again I started to call and ended up in a black hole from the phone number. This went on for FIVE DAYS until I saw the charge for the membership of $98 posted to my bank account so I tried again this morning on 9/6. I couldn't reach them again and called my bank to let them know I had not authorized this additional payment since I had been trying for days to cancel the subscription. The bank indicated that since the charge was in pending that I would not be able to do anything until it posted. I then went to my account online to check the intial charges to see if I could find any other number listed there and found a number in Utah this time rather than Nevada. I called the number in Utah and the rude black man on the other end told me that he could do nothing about this since it was past the 14 days. I told him I had been calling the number on the website and the ONLY way I found a number is if I put my sister's info in for the 'free trial' to get to the page that showed the phone number which DID NOT WORK. I told him I would let my bank know that this charge was not authorized and I had been trying to cancel for days. He said that he worked in 'fraud' before and that that was a waste of time since all the bank would do is call them and verify the IP address and info and confirm that I had given authorization. I told him that that may well be true if they didn't give a fraudulent number that did not work on the site and therefore it WAS FRAUD....he then offered me a 35% refund which I refused and told him I would be reporting them to the Consumer Protection Agency and to the Better Business Bureau as well for perpetrating a fraud on the public and then I hung up. He called back and said he couldn't cancel until he got a confirmation that I wanted to cancel which I assured him AGAIN that I did. He cancelled the request and gave me a confirmation number and then offered me a 75% back of my fees which I again declined and then hung up again which he called again and I did not answer. This service is a SCAM and a FRAUD!!! DO NOT OPT to buy this product as YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO CANCEL ONCE YOU FIND THE RIGHT NUMBER AND WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY and the BBB for help as well! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!
I saw an Ad with Dr. Oz confirming that this was the best skin care out there. I decided to give it a try and thought that spending $5.95 for shipping wasn't too bad to sample the product.Well, when I clicked on the product (Encante Anti-Aging skin cream) they also checked, from their end, and eye cream which I didn't want. I called the phone number I had the next day and explained I didn't want the eye cream. The person I spoke with told me to just send it back. A few days later, I got the eye cream package and returned it unopened.
Its' been a week and I haven't received the Encante Anti-Aging skin cream so I called the number I had to report this. The person I spoke with couldn't find my order. I had to give her the first 6 and last 4 numbers of my credit card. She finally found the order and said it was delivered by the Post Office and left at my front door. I told her that was the Eye cream. She angrily told me that both creams were in the same package. I told her that it said eye cream at the top. she again said both were in the same package. She asked if I wanted to re-order the Encante Anti-Aging cream again? I said no and to remove my name from their records.
I also asked her for a refund for the cream I sent back which I didn't order? she told me that the cream was "free" and that there is no refund. I asked her about the other cream (Covington Cream) that I was charged an additional $1.99 for? she said that wasn't a cream, it was the Insurance charge. There was nothing about an Insurance charge on the form I was ordering from, just $5.95 for the Anti-Aging cream and then $5.95 for the eye cream that I did not order and did not want and sent back. She then got angrier and told me there was nothing she could do.
I asked for the Supervisor and she kept repeating, "There is nothing I can do, we did process your order and it is complete, our hours are. . . . . . she kept repeating this over and over despite my trying to speak to someone in authority and finally she just hung up. I am very upset to be out $13.89 for merchandise that I did not get and one that I did not order. This company is a scam! you can't even find a website for it! I checked and found a website: www.encanteskin.com and when you type it in a message comes up saying "this website is not found."
I am very upset that Dr.Oz has endorsed this company on his TV show (where I found the item) and is telling people how good it is. Read the reviews! I should have done that but being that Dr.Oz endorsed the item I just sent for it. Don't even trust Dr. Oz! Needless to say, I am VERY upset!
I ordered the trial of Encante Eye serum for the price of $5.95. I searched the site high and low to see if there were any hidden charges but did not find any. Two weeks later there was a charge of $99.01 on my credit card. I called the customer service number on the bottle of cream and they said that was on the site. I told him that it must be very, very well hidden as I did not see it. I was 3 days over my trial period and they refused to give me my money back
I ordered the free sample,,they didn't give confirmation,,After giving card number & paid,,It poped up that I would be charged entire price of 200. in thirty days,,,I called then to stop it,,,they said i could return, when i got it ,,no return address i called they said i would have to wait 15 days or send back at my expense,,I used a debit bank card,,,it has a different number than checking,,and can be replace in minutes,,close your card,,tell bank you're in despute,,don't pay it
