I did see an ad which I answered regarding a pair of earrings with a charge of $5.99. I thought they looked nice and ordered them. If there was a mention that I would be getting charged $97.89 if I did not return them, I would never have given them an order in the first place. I sure do not remember them telling me that. I would never have ordered them in the first place if I had been advised that this would be a recurring charge. The man I spoke to when I called said he would reimburse me $40 on the $97.89 charge. I will have to wait to see if I get that or not. Please try to get this company on some kind of a list as once they get your money, you will be lucky to get any of it back. This is definitely false advertising.
On September I answered an online survey and was offered a free gift just paying shipping; I accepted the offer as it was a bracelet I thought my grandchild would like. Then, a charge of $97.89 in my November debit card statement made me check in detail. I found another charge in October and called the bank. They provided the phone number of the merchant and I contacted them. Their customer service representative, Michael, could not give me his last name, he was not allowed. He said I had receive the gift with instructions for returning within 14 days, (instructions I did not receive), or I would be billed and with that, I consented to a monthly subscription. He told me he could not take off the charges but that he would give me a $20.00 discount and eliminate future charges. They provided a Cancelation Confirmation number, but still, I have two charges for $97.89 plus $5.99 shipping charges, on a free gift I was offered. Very disappointing!
I was told that I was to receive a necklace if I filled out a survey. I was only to pay the shipping cost. I have yet to receive the necklace after I completed the survey and paid shipping. Now I am charged an additional fee. Will be calling them Monday morning.

I called on February 9th when I realized what had happened and spoke to a lady named Kelly and she said there was nothing she could do about the first charge. So we argued and she said, on the second charge she would credit me $78.92 because she knew I didn't request it and she didn't want it back. I waited over 30 days and I still didn't get my credit. I called again on 3/19/18 and spoke to a gentleman named Craig asking to see what happened to my credit. He proceeded to tell me I was given my credit on 2/9/18 and that I would have to get the credit card company on the phone to prove I didn't get it. So while I was doing that he hung up. I called back and got you know who (Kelly)! She agreed to stay on the phone while I got the credit card company on the phone. After it was verified that I didn't get my credit on my credit card she has agreed to send me a check. Lets see what happens now!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
