These people lied on more than one occasion. They lied when they said that Evergreen Healthcare was not closing down; the building closed down. Flat-out LIE. Jasmina Focic, liar, Nikki Graham, liar, Washington State, health care, rehab, rehabilitation Washington State. Then they lied to the employment security (insecurity) department, Washington State, and told them I quit on 10/28/2017 when in fact I called in sick.
It's not even their money, it's the other employers's money that is due me, because they all put into the pot to keep people off the street. Jasmina and Nikki LIED to the state to deny me my unemployment claim, which took TWO MONTHS to get an appeal. These people work very hard to make sure you are not paid what is due. Do not ever work under Jasmina Focic or Nikki Graham, they just do not care about associates, only themselves, upper management.
I have no reason to lie myself, because the fact is I need to work to pay rent, so what good does quitting do me? Not to mention harassment by Azra. These Bosnians conspired against me, along with the Executive Director, so if I cannot get justice I want it reported. I would not go to this trouble if it were not factual. I have a hearing scheduled with the ESD next week. If they overturn the wrongful decision, then I will note that here, but until then, it is a legitimate RIPOFF!
