facts: i told the compnay that my arrival time is 11.00 am in rome-they changed it to 9.00 am ,because of flight info's from aa.com. my experience with arrivals-mostly from overseas : they are mostly late.
fact is, that their estimated cost was $ 480.00-i got an invoice for $ 885.00 incl. tip of $ 118.50. would it be nice when the driver would have told me -the tip is incl.??? nothing-so i gave him $ 100.00 in cash.
how they came up with 7.5 hours ( $75.00 p/h) total $ 592.50 - where the hell the driver spent this time?
here is the catch-when you look at the very ,very fine print below the estimated cost-you will see they charge you the moment the car is leaving the garage -where ever that is,it also says that, the the tip is negotiable and can be waived at any time,but cls put it right on the estimate, plus the best is,the administration fee is related to the invoice total-meaning it goes up percentually-never heard about something like this.
and one more thing:the driver told us - at pick up- in 2.5 hours you are in naples!!but in the end it was atotal of 7.5 hours.
so before you book with cls read any very small print,because you will end up with almost the doubel of the estimate.
