We have purchased Empire Windows over the years for are home. On the write up for some windows purchased in 1997 we have a problem with one of the windows.
We called and were told that if someone comes out for our window problem it will be 150 dollars for the labor. My question what kind of lifetime warranty which is stated on the write up is this.
