I was contracted by Empac Global, in Hillsboro Oregon, to disconnect a used piece of equipment that they were buying from another company to resell.
The work was done in Santa Ana California, to the approval of the other company with proof of signature on the purchase order.
A partial payment was made but there has been a balance due for three months. These people are deadbeats and crooks.
