He claimed the program would cost upwards to $4000, but offered me a discount if I agreed to complete surveys for educational purposes. I agreed to pay $1800, which I did in full. He didn't let me sign into my paypal for an invoice but rather took my credit card information over the phone. At the time I was so in need of help I trusted him. Within a few weeks I knew I'd made a mistake. He is located in Toronto, Canada, has no license of any kind, Canada ddidn't even have licening programs for that sort of treatment. He refused to return my money, even after an attorney sent him a leeter. I contacted the Toronot police and tried to find a way to go after him but was ill and didn't have the help I needed. I emailed him, called him, begged him for my money back and he refused. He is heartless and he is a thief. Do not give him hour money, please. You won't get the help you need and you will never see your hard earned money again.
